Baymont by Wyndham Louisville Airport South

The room was good apart from the smell it had. The staff was great, they gave us some waters to take to the louder than life festival. Breakfast was okay. It was the same thing every day and there were no eggs, just biscuits, sausage, gravy. After room service cleaned our room, they left us with 1 towel between my partner and I. Definitely not worth the cost $1500 for a 4 night stay.

staff were nice. i liked the free shuttle to and from the airport room had mold in it and was very musty smelling. complained to front desk but they said they had no other rooms to move us to. my sister got sick from the mold/mildew. Room did not get cleaned while we were out, only new towels put in the room free breakfast never had coffee and frequently ran out of items. took over 30 minutes to get coffee

However, the beds were super stiff and uncomfortable, there were no comforter blankets just very thin blankets so the sheets were basically a blanket, the free breakfast was very questionable looking sausages (I bit into a stiff cold sausage one morning), the TV in our room on the last night exploded when we turned it on and white smoke came out everywhere (not necessarily the hotels fault TV’s break) and we had to replace our room cards I think 4 times or more cause they kept breaking. The staff should be praised though as they were extremely nice and they were always available and helpful! They helped everytime something was wrong with the cards and took the tv out of our room and made sure everything was okay. The staff is who should recognized!

Buen una muy buena decisión utilizar este hotel. Excelente condición, habitaciones limpias y con olor a limpio, súper espacioso. El personal súper amable y siempre atento en ayudarte. Hay restaurantes cerca y tienda en la gasolinera donde puedes comprar tus cosas diarias. Además puedes utilizar el transporte pública para ir al downtown sin problema. 100% recomendado.

Nosotros lo utilizamos para el festival LTL, y tenemos la posibilidad de utilizar el transporte público por $2.25 y llegar al festival. Se tienen restaurantes junto al hotel. La amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron, el hotel está en muy buenas condiciones y las habitaciones también. 100% lo recomiendo y para el próximo festival lo utilizaré

It was busy for the festival and staff was accommodating.

The hotel is in a great location. Everything was clean. Staff was kind.

Staff was great one of the vending machines didn't work. Breakfast was ok, could of use more bread/ smear options.

Anything we needed they assisted with. I would stay here again!!

The room was fine. I was supposed to pay at the property but they debited my account several days before I arrived

The bed was clean the staff was nice but what I will say is the chairs, mirror, and night stand were visibly dirty and sticky.

Facilities, room, staff were all excellent. The pool, which was a big sell for me, was closed. And it appears to basically have been decommissioned entirely.

Not a clean surface to be found. Used towels and floor mat in the bathroom and a door that doesn't close. Bedsheets were either stained or already used and unwashed, like the bath towels. Mold throughout the building everything touched fell apart.
