TownePlace Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport

Overall not impressed. The bathroom door in the room would not properly close. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. Lights blinked all throughout the room. The phone rang in the middle of the night. When I went to get coffee in the morning, it was empty & no one around to fill it. Staff acted annoyed they had to check people in & out.

Comfortable stay

Easy parking, clean, son enjoyed the swimming pool, and breakfast was good!

I can't say enough good things about Towneplace Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport. Camisha is hands down the GOAT! From the moment we checked in to the moment we had to rebook our room to extend our stay, she made sure we were able to do it. Everyone was incredibly nice and respectful and made a terrible experience for us much better by just being friendly and nice and being good at their job. Thank you all for making it so great for us.

Ok for business people just needing a bed to sleep, but not really a family hotel with a lot of amenities. The pool was small, dimly lit and not heated.

Jessica and Renee, as well as other members of the staff, were very personal and professional.

Dirty

Check in was quick and everyone was friendly. The breakfast was hot and the rooms were nice and clean!

The hotel itself was okay. They charged me twice. I paid with the booking app but when i checked in she told me my card was on file but the charge hadn’t gone through. I let her have my card again but after checking my app i pointed it out to her that I had paid via booking. She called in her manager and they said they would remove the second charge. They didn’t.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Different selections every day. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the pool was shut down during our stay.

Room was clean and comfortable

The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of tasty selections that were fresh. The in-room kitchen was so convenient. No plastic utensils when ordering take-out,

Good breakfast. Attentive staff

Very nice staff. Very clean, new building. Breakfast was really good

Easy access off of the highway, close proximity to several restaurants and the airport. Clean rooms, relatively quiet and nice amenities in the room itself. Bed was very comfortable.

Clean rooms. Great customer service. Would definitely stay there again.
