Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr by IHG

The hotel accommodations were excellent. However, there wasn’t a microwave in the room, a relatively minor inconvenience. Everything else was on point.

When I arrived the lady at the desk was nice. when I got to the room one of the beds had bugs (not bed bugs)on it and one pillow was stained. The shower hooks in the bathroom were rusted. The shift had changed we asked for towels and never got them.

A/C couldn’t be adjusted. Room was too hot to sleep, fan was loud and wasn’t blowing any cold air into room. Sheets were stiff. Pillows were small and hard. Airport shuttle was prompt. Front desk staff were nice.

Great hotel room, clean and bright, everything we needed for our stay.

Room was good, pool was great, breakfast in Al's Table was delicious, area/location was perfect for us. The ONLY downfall was no microwave in the room. Anytime we wanted to heat something up we had to walk down to the lobby and that was a hike.

it was very noisy on the next floor as that was where the pool was. Lot's of kids yelling and running in hallway past 10 PM.

If you can stay anywhere else; go there. The greatest part about the hotel was Alecia that was at the front desk; she made the stay enjoyable.

The staff was nice, but the room and hallway smelt moldy. It looked like the room previously flooded. The doors were warped at the bottom. Not the cleanest.

This was just what we needed prior to flying out early morning.

The bathroom was a terrible duty. I'm so disappointed. You can ask the staff. I couldn't sleep because of the bad smell. If you need a picture, let me know 💔

Property was clean overall, close to airport. Friendly staff. It does seem that they are slacking in maintenance at the room level. Attention to details seems to be lacking from maintenance to cleaning.

Pool is exceptionalll!! Loved it. Breakfast was hit or miss.

Stayed for a night before an early flight and took advantage of the free airport shuttle. Very clean room. Would stay again!

Great staff and property

Started with super late check in. They kept telling us the room wasn't ready. We finally gave up after sitting in the lobby 2 hours past check in time. We left and came back at 11pm, checked in, went to our room. Room had no bedding for pull out sofa so waited 30 min on that. When they brought the rollaway, we opened it to find blood all over the sheets. GROSS! waited another 30 min while we demanded another room with clean bedding. Will never stay here again.
