I have a very good time and the rooms where very comfortable and the staff was excellent i would go back

Stay was wonderful no complaints. Had plenty of room for gatherings if traveling with teams or large group.

I had a really nice time. The staff and property were perfect . Can't wait until my next visit

Fue excelente

The carpets needed vacuumed. They are dirty with what looks like trash and crumbs yet there are cleaning staff walking over them regularly. We saw them coming in and out of their closets on our hall. Got no sleep because whoever was next door had their tv on all night. Once we left our room to check out the next morning, their room had a “dnd sleep during the day” sign.

Door into the gym was not working. Had to go talk to staff. They said pad was not working. Half the parking lot was blocked off with cones and forced me to park far from main entrance. When I asked why it was blocked off front desk clerk said “idk, security does weird things without reasons”.

Staff was terrific. Lisa at Al’s needs a raise. She is fabulous.

Just needed a clean place to crash for a night. The hotel is updated and looks nice! The only downside was the smell. It’s a non smoking facility, but the entire hotel smelled of smoke from the moment I walked into the lobby. Disappointed with that, but otherwise a really nice hotel!

The hotel was very nice. We got rained out at Kentucky Kingdom and just grabbed a night to rest before the drive home. Would definitely stay here again. Was sad that the pool wasn’t opened up so my grand kids could swim. It said it opened at 9 am. I asked the front desk was it opened she said yes and told me how to get access but when we finally figured out how to get our room key to open the gym door to get there the gate was locked.

Stayed here twice. Excellent!!!! 10/10

I did not like that i paid 504 for 2 nights and had no microwave

Nice sized rooms

Was a nice stay

Very noisy air conditioner. Called maintenance and cannot be fixed?! General conditions of the hallways were dusty and full of litter. Housekeeping leaves piles and piles of sheets and linens in the hallways for most of the day. No doormen around to assist with bags. No more Crown Plaza hotels!

The interior pool room was very hot. Along the baseboards and corners carpeting were a little dusty but all in all the hotel was nice and the shuttle driver was nice too Give us a ride to Kentucky Kingdom.
