Superb

Everything was great. The dining room had wonderful food, the beds in our room was sooo soft and comfy, and now I'm hunting for the shampoo and conditioner they have in the shower. It made my hair so soft and my hair is really picky. Thr balcony was wonderful too. It had more space than I expected it too. I wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a little cold. It could have been warmer. Also a hot tub would have been wonderful. Also a microwave in the rooms please.

Excellent staff and service, Love having a restaurant in house, especially with none located nearby.
-
Our hotel stay was nice. The only thing I could suggest would be, a shower cap and some makeup wipes in the bathroom, and some hot chocolate packets for the kids.
-
Great all around service
-
Comfortable and well located for our travel purposes.

Stayed here for Louder Than Life. Excellent!
-
The location was great and close to airport We requested a room w/balcony but it was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Cob webs all over the window like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.
-
Quiet Room, bathroom not clean and had water on floor and a bead in corner by tub
-
Convenience Lack of towels and no extra bedding in room for pull outs
-
Very good
-
The staff were very helpful, I mistakenly thought I was getting a room with a pull out sofa. The hotel was fully booked, but they brought me a roll away bed with extra towels and linens.
-
breakfast was very good. TV hard to work. Needed blanket for bed
-
Convenient to festival. Rooms were big and clean. The tub needs a mat- fall danger. The breakfast buffet is way overpriced especially given there are no waffles or pancakes and the biscuits were so hard as to be inedible.

Very clean. Better than most. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. 24-hr shuttle to airport, 10 min from.
-
In today’s day and age, the hotel needs more handicap parking. HP always full !
