Friendly staff

Front desk staff was very professional and helpful; lent me a phone charger adapter from a colleague, which she did not have to do. Room was neat w plenty of space. Would recommend it!

The breakfast was extra good here, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom definitely needs updating as it was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

The breakfast was good! The shuttle brought us to almost anywhere we wanted to go. Our daughter lost her wallet in the pull out sofa bed and the staff/housekeeping went above and beyond to help us find it 2 days after we left. Parking was great. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Friendly front desk, clean and big room. Nice staff Pool smelled too much of bleach. You could smell it from outside the hallway and as soon as you enter your eyes watered from the smell. The breakfast needs improvement. It was very disappointing compared to other hotels. Needs more and better options for breakfast

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean. The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. There was not enough bedding for the pull out couch. The bed in the couch was too small to fit two kids. There was only a shower, no bath tub.

The room had many amenities. The bed was comfortable. The neighbors were a little loud.

It's fine, but it's just worn down. Room had a smell, not bad, but a smell nonetheless. I'm baffled as to why w there isn't a fan in the bathroom, I'm sure that doesn't help with the smell

Room smelt musty, bath fan did not work, beds were size of twin not queen
