Courtyard by Marriott Louisville Airport

The only thing was that wasn’t informed about activities at the Kentucky Expo Center and could not leave car there for our week trip which normally would have been able to. A cost at the airport for one week was $200.00. Will do homework before we stay there again.

Took the van a long time to get us from the airport BUT once he did he was super nice and drove us straight there so we could order food before the bar closed. BUT I have to say....my daughter and I ordered the mediterranean bowl and 2 waters. $70!!! are you kidding me? It first was NOT as described on the menu nor did it have most of the ingredients in it that it should but for a piece of chicken on a bed a lettuce and rice to be $70 is outrageous. You are a hotel lobby bar not the Ritz. The woman making them was alone and had the bar and the kitchen to work herself. She was amazing but it was NOT worth $70 and you should be ashamed to charge that. Won't stay again.

Very clean hotel, no musty odor at all. They had air purifiers in the room as well, which was a nice touch.

The property was very nice--I think recently refurbished. My only complaint was that breakfast wasn't included. I'm not sure if that's the nature of the hotel or if it was specific to our reservation type. Something to be aware of. Still, I'd stay there again if in the area.

The staff was so friendly. Clean. I really appreciated the view overlooking the back parking lot and KY Kingdom. Not the lot and the rides, but the open view of the sunsets were just lovely. Will stay again when I can.

Breakfast bar was open Front desk staff was very rude. Stay on her phone why questions were being asked.

Our room was very clean and didn't smell musty like I've experienced at other hotels. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and smiling!!

it was very convenient for proximity to the Airport but that also meant it wasnt the nicest area. you take the good with the bad though and i was not looking for some place to go for a stroll i just needed close to the airport for an early flight. Everything was great the neighborhood is not the best but as i said that was not what we were there for.

The only area for improvement would be the amenities. I would love to see a complimentary self-serve coffee station available throughout the day, as I’ve experienced at many other Marriott properties. It would also be great if the hotel offer a complimentary breakfast or enhanced its current food program to provide more variety and value for guests. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

It was out of the way. It didn't have pets. Cleaning staff present and friendly. Desk staff was helpful. No covered parking. Refrigeration was not cold upon arrival and leaking water. No bottled water in room.
