The room had a musty smell but the beds were comfortable!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Louisville Airport on July 29th after a long six‑hour drive from Detroit. We booked a room advertised on Booking.com as accommodating five people. We checked in around 10 PM, only to discover the room had two double beds and no pullout. I called the front desk with no answer, so I went downstairs to ask where the fifth person in our family was expected to sleep. The staff member told me the room “has space for five people but doesn’t sleep five people,” which makes no practical sense. Families book rooms based on sleeping capacity, not standing room. He also informed us the hotel does not carry extra cots or rollaway beds, leaving us with no solution at nearly 11 PM. We had no choice but to request extra blankets and pillows so our son could sleep on the floor — something no parent should have to accept, especially after paying full price for a room advertised to fit our family. Regardless of whether the error lies with Booking.com or the hotel’s listing, it is the customer who suffers the consequences. This experience was completely unacceptable. We paid for a room that did not meet the basic requirement of providing a bed for every guest. The rate should reflect the reality of the stay, and in this case, it did not. Have compassion

I loved the bedding! This was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. Breakfast was also good. I love the Kentucky has a kettle of grits. I don't liike that the closet is an open frame in the room. Previously, Hampton Inn had an actual chest/closet for hanging clothing.

Parking was easy! Great location!

No fan or ventilation in the room or bathroom. Which led to everything feeling damp

Our favorite hotel near the airport for pre-flight; we’ve always been happy here.

The breakfast was delicious and well worth it. Plus the room was well cleaned and staff were well mannered. There was mold on the air conditioner and near the window. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and the shower door didn't close all the way so after a shower there would be water on the floor.

I was a little disappointed when I went to the front desk for towels there was no any towels available for the guest
