Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport

Very good

The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them from the front desk but we could still hear them talking and moving around after that until they settled down to sleep about 2am. Breakfast sandwiches in plastic bags should have been left up to us to microwave as the bread was soggy and doughy after being in the heating dishes. Other choices were fine. I would have loved to have biscuits and gravy as a selection and I was told they never do.

Quick, easy check in, rooms were renovated and clean. Great hospitality would visit again

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our bathroom door did not close. We did not ask for it to be repaired since we were only there for a few days. We did tell the staff and they put in a work order so it would be repaired before the next guest arrived.

A amazing facility

The shuttle was provided to the airport only. Most of the hotels at region would provide transportation to anywhere in a range of 3 miles. That is definitely a minus for me.

Room was clean. Appreciated two queen beds instead of two doubles! Appreciated full buffet breakfast instead of continental breakfast.

Breakfast started at 6:00 a.m. and was cold at 6:00 a.m. no waffle maker broken the whole time we were there Found two live roaches in our bathroom during the stay. When showed it to the receptionist he stated it was a water bug but I do not think so I have water bugs this was a nasty roach.

Location Cleanliness was lacking, they also did not want to give extra towels.
