Convenient location Found out that I was booked in a room with one double bed and changed it to two queens

The staff were welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Safe, and Quiet! We stayed one night at this hotel and had a very positive experience overall. We booked the suite with a separate bedroom, and it was spacious and clean. The room felt fresh, well-maintained, and had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The property itself is clean, safe, and quiet — exactly what we were looking for. We slept well with minimal noise from outside or neighboring rooms. The location was convenient, and we felt secure throughout our stay.The rate that night was a bit higher than we expected (in our opinion), but given the quality of the room and the overall comfort, we would definitely consider staying here again. Recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, clean, and peaceful hotel.

Very nice and super clean

Clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. No ice machine. We didn't have an oven. I booked 2 queens, but when we arrived we were only offered 1queen and a pullout OR a king in a handicap room. The we landed on the king, since neither of us wanted a pullout and if we had to share a bed, the king was preferable. But I think because it was a handicap room it packed other amenities. No court or shelves or drawers in the bathroom. No oven. No couch/living room area. So we were disappointed in the room for sure.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. They to clean it. But the cleaner they used gave me horrible headache.

I will stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, full size refrigerator. Very comfortable beds and linens. Great location.

We had an issue with our card and the GM was extremely rude to us as we were trying to get things sorted. Its unnecessary to talk slower when someone is upset. Patronizing attitude doesn't help when understanding was needed. Thankfully we got it figured out, with no help from him.

The suite was great! It felt like an apt! It was quiet. Delivery from outside places was quick and easy. The pet fees were a little high. The fridge did not have a working ice maker. The toilet was too low and so was the water pressure.

Location Hanger system in the closet was broken, not usable. Lamp on nightstand between the two beds wouldn’t power my cpap machine or wouldn’t work to charge my phone (power and plug into the usb port). Also, tub had a leak from the faucet

Overall it was great! Clean and comfy. Will not remove stars for thin walls and windows. We know to bring a fan to hotels. Was strange for a 5 night stay for housekeeping to knock the next day after checking in. And we even put up the magnet as instructed for no service. But they didn't try the other days. So overall its a great place to stay.

Hotel was fine for a one night stay but overall the facility was very tired.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was very pleasant to deal with on anything I needed. The location was just a very short distance from where I needed to be and dining options were right across the street. I will definitely be back again. The only issue I had was the drawer in the bathroom vanity would not open because there was remodeling going on and someone did not do their job correctly, but when they were alerted to the issue they immediately contacted the contractor to have it fixed. They offered a new room but I declined and said it can be fixed after my stay. The contractor was ready to fix the problem when I checked out. That was not a facility problem but a hired contractor problem.
