Passable

The lobby and pool area was really hot. The staff was nice. Pool had a slide and was nice.

The place was clean, the shower unfortunately a little cool, but the amenities were good, and it’s close to shops and restaurants. However, we won’t be back in the future due to the problem with check-in. There are several other hotels in the area to choose from.

The hotel is great for its price especially for a family with kids, they have remodeled a bit so it does look better. Beds are soft. Pool area perfect the hot tub is a tad on the hotter side but nothing major abd it does not Want to turn on at times but one if the hotel workers will help right away.

Disappointed in the up keep there were scratches and tears of wood in the doors floor not clean and bathroom floor was dirty had several pieces of hair on the floor the AC was not working very well very disappointed especially for the $$ paid

Location is great! Have stayed here multiple times to visit family and the hotel and the staff are always great!! Everything is great

While the room was decently cleaned, it was worn with old furniture and scuffs all over the place. The real issue was with the swimming pool area. Jacuzzi broken. Overloaded with chlorine and no ventilation. Chemical gas room. All 3 of my kids had to vacate within an hour due to breathing difficulty and vomiting symptoms. The adults had severely red eyes just from sitting in the room. When the incident was brought up to staff- it was met with “okay” and head nods. No incident report, no taking precautions for other children who may enter the pool. No sympathy. No apology. Would definitely NOT recommend this property, especially if you are drawn to it for the “fun” pool area and slide.

Rooms were clean and satisfactory for our stay. The only complaint was that there is not a bar to hang on to when getting in or out of the shower and I didn’t feel any non slip ridges in the bathtub for extra safety from slipping. I say this because at my age (69) Im a little unsteady at times. Otherwise, everything else was great and breakfast is awesome there.

Don’t, just don’t. This hotel is so noisy they actually have a basket of earplugs at the front desk. Even if wasn’t ten feet from a four lane road intersection, every movement made by other guests thumps the building. The blackout shades don’t blackout, they also give out eye masks with the earplugs. They are cheekily aware of how crappy their hotel is and how no one would stay here if they had also known. Holiday inn has lost all semblance of integrity.

The gentleman who checked us in (Winston) was busy but still very nice & helpful. The hotel was very good over all.

We love the pool and comfort of this hotel. You cannot beat the location. It is close to so many restaurants, Estes Park and RMNP. Only complaints were that our bathroom was pretty beaten up with tiles that looked like and felt as though they had been crushed and the bathroom door looked like it was in rough shape at the bottom.
