This Embassy Suites was so very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast is always a highlight. There were 3 other events that we knew of going on there but we always felt safe and free to walk around.

Room service was excellent and very cooperative, stayed there for 3 nights and they cleaned the room at request.

So we had booked over a month in advance, and when we got there apparently the room had been given away for a conference. Reese at the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Had it burned for her we would think twice about coming back but wouldn’t hesitate.

We stayed for one evening. Our room had a definite odor reminding us of cat urine. The beds were comfortable and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. We noticed signs in the parking lot for requiring payment for parking. There was another sign going into the hotel saying that parking payment was not required that evening. I guess I missed that when booking the hotel. Breakfast was okay. We had our breakfast about an hour before it ended, and some of the food appeared to have been sitting there for a while. Overall, we like the hotel. It’s in a good location with lots of restaurants close by. We would book again, but I am not a fan of having to pay to park..

Clean lobby restrooms and lobby Pay for parking??? Although, we only stayed one night we did not have to pay for parking.

This is a great place to stay. Great location, good breakfast options and clean rooms. Unfortunately we stayed here the same weekend as a cheerleading competition. The entire place was filled with very noisy and at times disrespectful teens. It might be worth contacting the hotel ahead of time to see what events will be held during your stay so you can avoid such things.
