My Place Hotel - Loveland, CO

It was absolutely the worst stay. I chose to stay here for a week for a softball tournament based on Expedia reviews and never again. When we first arrived the room smelled awful to where I had to go t Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners to get rid of the smell. Then our shower didn’t work properly to where we had to figure out how to turn water on and figure out temperature because it was so old. By the third day they shut off our water to get it repaired. So we were assigned another room to shower in meantime that smelled like a wet dog. And finally after our shower got fix we had a ROACH PROBLEM. I took pictures and went to front desk to tell them immediately and they could not swap us rooms because there were none available. And being a big tournament we couldn’t find anther hotel as most were priced at $600 plus per night because of the big softball tournament . So I asked if oler could at least get a comp nights and they said yes to ask management but of course there was never a manager there. I do not recommend this place whatsoever! Absolutely disgusting and they will all know this is a review from ROOM 312

It was a good place to stay near the highway. The rooms were clean and it was nice to have a full-sized fridge and freezer available in the room.

Staff were very helpful when needed and the place was super clean.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our stay. After a long day of driving, we were exhausted and looking forward to getting some rest. Instead, we discovered that the bed in our room was broken. Since there was no suitable solution, we had to sleep in a broken bed, making it very uncomfortable and preventing us from getting a good night’s sleep. This was a frustrating way to end a long day, and I expected the room to be inspected and in proper condition before guests arrived.

The front desk went out of their way to get us a quiet room. Very kind of them.

Someone cooked fish in the evening stunk up the entire first floor, someone was vaping in the morning stunk up the place again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. It was the first time I stayed at a My Place hotel. It was well worth the price. It was a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Everything was very nice

Kitchen has a full sized residential refrigerator/freezer and a 2 burner stove. However, there is not an oven, nor cooking utensils, nor pots and pans. There is a microwave.

My husband & I always, stay at the My Place Hotel, anytime, we want to get anyway. It’s always, been a great place to stay at. I like, everything about this property, and hotel. They, keep up with it, at all times.

Having stayed at a My Place in Cheyenne previously, was sure this was a good choice & it was! Love the full kitchen & size of the room—price has always been very reasonable. Will be back!

The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep. Not necessarily the hotels fault. If a rocket can land itself, why can't we get a quiet. When they bought these, didn't they test it a room from a guest's perspective.
