Cotton Court, by Valencia Hotel Collection

Excellent place for a family, couples even single people looking to relax, enjoy music or just the outdoors.. wonderful friendly staff... Rooms are clean,beds are comfy,pillows not so much. wonderful shower pressure, clean towels. This place and staff deserves more then just 5 stars.

Highly recommend if you're in Lubbock

Anywhere there is a Valencia property, I will choose to stay there for the unique vibe and amenities! The Cotton Court did not disappoint, and I was happy to check this one off my list!

Everything was great. I enjoyed my short getaway. No complaints except when we got seated at the restaurant, they forgot about us. But once someone got to us, everything went smooth.

Beautiful space and friendly staff!!

Room was pretty clean, the sofas and bathrooms could have been better but the bed was clean. Love the refrigerator and freezer, plus the ice bags were super helpful for especially for roadtrips. Restaurant is good nice staff. Can be loud if your room is outside around pool. Great for families though.

Such a lovely hotel. The restaurant was good and the bartender made the best martini. The starter selection was disappointing but the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Wonderful minibar and the pool was relaxing. The TV would randomly sign me out of Netflix in the middle of the movie and the WiFi was often lagging.

Location, staff, Outdoor facilities

This hotel does NOT have any queen beds on their property no matter what hotels.com advertises. We were shocked and uncomfortable sleeping in the beds at this hotel because they are only full sized. There were no other rooms available so two grown adults had to share a full sized bed and slept horribly. Additionally, the beds themselves were very uncomfortable. The theme is cute, the grounds and facilities are very well kept, but they need to invest in better beds. The staff was very nice, they give free beer or water upon check in and they have a great restaurant attached to the hotel with a very nice menu and bar. Pool is nice and bathrooms are pretty big, which is nice. Just make sure the beds are big enough for your guests.

There were many flies in my hotel room. The hotel is aware and told me that they are trying to address it.

I believe they add mini bar charges to the bill intentionally in hopes that it will not be caught.

Cute place. Comfortable. Great stay

Lots of amenities and great location.

However, I do have one complaint: our room key did not work on the back gate where we parked our car throughout our entire stay. As a result, we had to walk all the way back to the front to enter the building.
