Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock - Downtown Civic Center

Place was disgusting. the pictures are NOT anything what the place looks like. shower was filthy and tub stained, there was a filthy dirty and ripped sofa, a broken lamp, the tv didnt work and wasnt even mounted. the hanging braces were stuck behind the dresser to hold to tv up. i absolutely had to cancel my reservation because i could not stay here.

We had to go to a different hotel.

This hotel is garbage. Roach infested. Broke stair way. Stain infested.

Awful!!!!

The room was dirty, toilet unflushed, and the room smelled of smoke. The door to the adjacent room was broken open. Vinyl base boards were falling off onto the floor. The add said that the rooms had been recently renovated. That was definately NOY the case. We did not feel safe. We did not stay at this hotel.

It looks like I was staying in a construction site. There is no toilet paper no tissues the bathroom look unfinished. The door had about an inch gap where I could see outside literally was terrified to stay and did not stay the night. Drove five hours home.

Yes, there were cockroaches everywhere , the TV didn't work, the staff was rude, the shower didn't have a handle, the ac didn't work, and the pool wasn't open.

The room part was okay, but the bathroom was gross. There were cigarette ashes in the sink and there was no toilet paper or towels.

This was the worst property you can ever imagine. Lots of carpet stains. Big rip in carpet. Holes in walls. Massive rust in bathroom. Club chair had major stains. No amenities provided. Dead roaches on floor, plus I was awakened four times in the night by roaches crawling on me. Terrible place.

Everything the room was very dirty, it smelled terrible , the carpet was not vacuumed, there was no towel and no trash bags in trash can.

Do not book here. There look to be homeless people or drug deals going down in the parking lot. The room had an old musty smell. There was no lampshade on the lamp, no power cord for the TV and no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. When we came back later there were roaches crawling in the tub. I promptly checked out and ran to another hotel across town!

Terrible place to stay

This place was the most disgusting place I have been in . I don’t know why it is even on hotels.com. The furniture was filthy, the beds were broke down. The bathtub was filthy. It stunk like cigarettes. Drunk people walking around. Vagrants hanging around on the property. It was so disgusting I gathered my stuff up and left immediately. I took my key back to front desk and told clerk I couldn’t stay here. I should have asked for my money back but it was so gross I just wanted leave. I really would like my money back.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Booked and tried to cancel booking and they wouldn’t respond to the company and now I’m out $88 bucks and they won’t give me my money back even though I bought the protection plan.

Shocking conditions! First room we walked into roaches scattered all over the room. Roaches covered the carpet, walls, toilet, and furniture. The second room had roaches, blood on the walls and pillows, and cigarette burns on the bathroom surfaces. Both room stank of cigarettes and weed. I've never been so disgusted at a hotel. Would not recommend 😕
