The managers are really rude at times and very hateful

The pictures are nothing what this place actually is. Very bad area of town with very sketchy people walking around the property. Not family friendly at all. Many rooms appear to have been broken into as the door handles look broken on a lot of doors. The property is very worn down nothing like the pictures. We arrived around 12:30am and felt very unsafe in the parking lot even though they have a security guard driving around. The first room they gave us we walked in and there was a horrible smell. Walked around the room and it was completely trashed. Walls torn up, dirty walls, smoke detector ripped from the wall. There was even still poop and toilet paper in the toilet. One bed only had one pillow. It almost looked like someone was already staying there. Very creepy! We walked out immediately and and went back to the front desk and I demanded a room that looked like the pictures I saw on Expedia. They walked us to another room and guess what the door wouldn't even open. The handle was broken. I also noticed the pool was covered with a tarp and trashed. My kids really wanted to play in the pool which doesn't even exist. I told them that I would just like a refund as this place was nothing like it is advertised. So they said they gave me a refund but I booked through Expedia and have yet to receive it.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay. The floors were filthy, the bed stained and the bathroom dirty.

Hairs everywhere. The room next to me was very noisy. They had about 3 dogs in the room and barking all night. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Very terrible and disappointing.

Room was extremely dirty. Restroom had cockroaches. Couch had dirty stains. Bedsheets had fresh lipstick stains. Room was not as described in pictures.

We have been treated well and attended with much respect and caring and very friendly and helpful to our needs at this moment of struggle thank you all Jessie and crew

Single worst hotel I’ve seen world wide. Wreaks of smoke. Filthy. Broken beds. Guy urinating 3’ from my door, pool is shuttered, broken down cars in parking lot (broken out windows, etc.). Shame on Hotels.com for having this hotel on their platform. This hotel is disgusting.

The room was not stayable

Booked this place through hotel.com, it should be taken down and not allowed. Can’t express how bad it was. You might as well sleep on the street. Left so fast, should have taken some photos.

Very dirty

Arrived around 11pm ...Rooms were very disgusting. First room smelled like smoke like somebody was living in smoke in the room and Roaches, second room didn't have the smell but roaches, bathroom was not clean very unsatisfied.. had to leave the hotel and rent somewhere else

No room phone to call front desk. Had to use my multitool pliers to open the door. The website pictures are nothing like the hotel. Waiting for refund.

This was the worst hotel ever! We checked in and left to get stuff to make the room somewhat inhabititable. The first room was horrible. The basin was stopped up and it smelled like dogs. On the way to look at the first room, there was dog poop outside one of the rooms. We went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The front clerk was nice enough to give us another room. It was better than the 1st one. Me and my son left to the store and to visit family. We told our family that we visited about the room and they were like yall can stay with us, which we did We went back to turn the key in and asked for refund. We got a partial refund because we had already checked in. This place needs to be shut down and torn down.

Don't let the lobby fool you! This motel was horrible! Holes in all the walls, busted windows, lights and plug ins didn't work. The deadbolt for the adjourning room was gone and had a towel shoved in it. Pee and toilet paper in the toilet. Bath tub was black. People hanging out in the parking lot watching our room. We stayed 5 minutes and went and asked for a refund, but was told we still had to pay for 1 night.

Place was a dump that smelled like prostitution body odor crossed w cigarette smoke I cleaned carpets. Walked in the room and walked out within 5seconds. Add no a/c

Room was filthy. Trash everywhere. I opened the door but didnt actually enter the room. There was some sort of red stained rag on the counter and trash everywhere and what looked like dog poop on the floor.

This is one of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at. Very dirty and disgusting place. If we hadn’t checked in so late, we would have left!

Good service but I did get my edger stolen from the back of my truck and the front desk didn’t let me see the camera footage so that’s not cool

We switched rooms at least 3 times and by the 3rd room I gave up. The outlets were sketchy, the microwave looked like someone was cooking something other than food amd the roaches were horrible. There was nasty unmentionables all over the chairs amd the floors. Housekeeping was nearly nonexistent. Oh yeah and the AC didnt work very well.

No towels, no feet on the TV (leaning on the wall), dirty pillow covers, but the beds were comfy.
