The bed and pillows were very comfortable; such an important feature, and one that is subpar in most hotel of the same price point.

Mean staff in the morning. Not super clean. Major maintenance needed. I think this is the best you can find in Lubbock anyway. Asked for Breakfast and they said they’ll deliver it to my door but they never did and I had to leave to my meeting without eating. Unfortunately not too many options.

My air conditioner barely blew, staff was notified and nothing was done about it.

Location was excellent. Beautiful skylight. Restaurant is world class. The ceiling in the room first assigned to us was peeling. We were reassigned to another room. The bathtub was old and fixtures were stained with rust. But room was fine.

While the location is ideal for visiting campus or attending local games, the overall guest experience is mixed. Check-in was an absolute highlight—smooth, welcoming, and efficient right from the start. However, the rest of the staff interactions throughout the stay were fairly middle-of-the-road. The main drawback is the physical condition of the hotel. The guest rooms and common areas feel outdated, with worn furnishings and decor that make the property feel tired rather than comfortable. It delivers a functional, baseline stay for an overnight trip, but until comprehensive updates and renovations are made, it falls short of the polished standard usually expected from the brand.

Hotel itself was great--clean, comfortable, kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is obviously very popular (although we didn't have opportunity to try it). The location is probably fine but felt a little questionable (I do not know the city at all). Maybe there are nicer things in the area--only saw the immediate area. But--it was convenient for our travels and would stay there again (but, I left nothing in my car, just in case).

Was a good location Beds are terrible to hard, pillows too soft. Did not get a fitted sheet and after we asked for one we did not receive.

It was nice. The balcony on our room is what made it worth it.

The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Our bathroom floor was so sticky and dirty and it had the worse Oder it was hard to go in there! The guy at front desk was informed about the bathroom and they did come up and mop it which we appreciate very much but they could not do any thing about the Oder! We always stay at this hotel when we come to Lubbock! The bath room smell and sticky floor

Multiple cars were vandalized overnight in the hotel parking lot. Not a safe place to stay.
