It was nice. The balcony on our room is what made it worth it.
-
The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
-
Multiple cars were vandalized overnight in the hotel parking lot. Not a safe place to stay.
-
Staff was excellent and the property was clean for the most part. Food at the restaurant was great but a little pricey for Lubbock. In the end its still the nicest hotel in Lubbock
-
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
-
Place was clean, tv and/or remote control didn’t work. No intent to correct the issue.

Very noisy, you can hear the people down below (I was on 4th floor) at the bar and restaurant all night until 1 AM. I had a two queen bed room booked however when I showed up they give me one king without even telling me about the change. Explained to them which they knew however they overbooked the hotel.
-
Beautiful hotel, designed well with a lovely restaurant and we even caught an Art Show happening the evening we arrived. Staff was helpful and kind!

Excellent staff and property. Parking is an issue at night.

It was surprisingly nice and comfortable. Will be staying again.

Good choice. It’s in the heart of the city. I remember living there when this building was derelict, so seeing it restored… I had to try it out. It’s really nice! Very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. The inner corridors were immaculate. The smell was very welcome as well. Never change whatever that scent was throughout the lobby. Check in was decent… about shy of 10 minutes due to overbooking. I got a balcony room, but had to be moved to a corner room. Sad day. The room was still nice enough to give it a pass and was the best hotel of all of the hotels I stayed at with the other 2 being in DFW. The modern bathrooms with stand in showers are great. The room has a more recent Samsung tv that has your name on it when you walk in. The beds were comfy and it was hard to leave them after plopping down. The pool and restaurant were definitely upper tier. They even had a neat looking gym area. This isn’t a typical hotel along the freeway. Treat yourself and stay here. Parking is free as well. Did I not mention that? You’re downtown near some incredible restaurants, and the University is up the street if you’re there for an event. If I end up needing to visit Lubbock again, this would be the place I call home for a few days. 11/10. Would recommend.

Need the fridge to be a little bit more convenient. Not big but it was a bit small. I couldn't fit my drinks or snacks

N/a Nothing everything was above expectations stayed only one night, attending a family funeral and after a long day it was nice to come back to a really comfortable bed. We had a great sleep
-
Close to Texas Tech, when I had a problem with my room being clean mainly the bathroom Staff took care of it right away My bathroom
-
Overall stay was good and close to the University. Breakfast was overly priced for the quality. A breakfast buffet is needed.

After a long 6 hour drive we arrive at our destination at 3am, the staff was very helpful and friendly to best accommodate us and the whole experience was as amazing. Three days here were so worth the drive. My mother and I were worried for bedbugs but thank God there was none what’s so ever. The nights here were lovely. I am just going to say I will be staying here for my next trips to visit Texas Tech.

Clean and comfortable room. Front desk clerk was cheerful and willing to help. Considering the location, it might be helpful to have evening property security.

Great hotel, and best front desk staff. Only complaint is that beds were uncomfortable.
-
