Super 8 by Wyndham Lubbock Civic Center North

It was clean and convenient location. Next to Walmart and places to eat. The microwave didn't work after I bought stuff at Walmart that needed to be heated

Their “free breakfast” consisted of instant coffee, arisen bran and frosted flakes. No bowls for the cereal and no milk to pour onto the cereal. What a joke. Our room had places that were clean and others that had dirt accumulations that were several years old.

Clean room but skimpy on the thin towels.

Easy to get to from the airport

Good.

The owners were pleasant. It was close to restaurants and half an hour walk to the Buddy Holly Centre.

Room was vary nasty sheets were stained and it smelt very bad I don’t even think the room was cleaned at all just made the bed without changing the sheets I won’t ever stay here again

Location was great. Had to wait an hour after check in because the room was not ready.

Location was the only good thing. The smell in the room and sheets, I didn't end up staying through the night.

Rooms need major renovation work, front desk services was kind of rude, rooms were not ready at check in times and were trying to say my reservation was declined so I could re reserve and pay higher rates due to events happening on that day

Close to football stadium. Waited for over an hour for room to be cleaned. The door handle was loose and looked like it could fall off. The shower smelled like mildew and the water handles were gross.

When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”.

Not much! It's old and needs to be updated. You all should have to refund everyone that stayed there this weekend since you charged outrageous prices since George Strait was in town. You only did it like everyone else because you knew there would be so many in town. That is pathetic!! Everything, they didn't have breakfast like most hotels and motels do now days. We'll, they had 2 kinds of cereal and I guess if you went in they would get you some milk.

The room smelt like cigarettes and then bathroom wall was rotted . There was also a fridge in the room that was very loud. Room was not very clean either .

We stay here often. The staff is very friendly and they are so good at taking care of their guests needs. The owner is amazing with my children! My toddler makes a point to go to the office to visit her. Our room is always clean. There are tv’s, WiFi, microwave, mini fridge, shower tub combo, breakfast is provided in the lobby every morning, the man that cleans the rooms is so kind. This is my main selection for my hotel stays in Lubbock due to the cleanliness and affordability.
