When we first arrived, the lady at the desk, gave us a room and was kind enough to find my daughter’s reservation and put us close together. She asked me to check with my room to make sure it was OK, I went back down and told her it was a light bulb out in the lamp next to the bed and the refrigerator could’ve been wiped out a little better. I mentioned the lightbulb three more times while we were there, and it never got fixed. Other than that, this was a good place to stay and I would probably stay there again.

The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. The way you would expect whenever you go spend money for a nice place to stay for the night.

The shower The bedding was dirty, the carpet hadn’t been cleaned and the layout was a bit unpleasant. When we checked in, we were too exhausted to complain.
