we stayed in a family suite. The room had not been vacuumed and lots of dust, dirt, hairpins, etc on the floor. There was dust everywhere and glass on the inside of the room windowwas very smudged. We called the desk and shared about the floor. they came immediately and vacuumed. They offered to mop the floors but the vaccum picked up all the debris. We did not make them clean window as we had the blind down most of time. (West sun heat). The staff was very nice and brought us some water and snacks to make amends. This week-end was Family day at Texas Tech and I know they were overwhelmed. full booking, etc. We liked the facility and would come back.. Just one of the room cleaners did not finish the job. The kitchen area was in order except for dust.

Great hotel, great location near Texas Tech! The property is only a couple of years old so it’s very clean and well taken care of. The room was bigger than I expected and very well appointed. I also have to mention it’s the best continental breakfast that I’ve seen. Lots to choose from, hot and fresh and it was actually good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

There was drug addicts walking threw the parking lot at odd hours. There's signs everywhere to lock your possessions. Overall good property, bad location.

We had several issues but the biggest issue was having a slashed rear tire; this occurred to MULTIPLE vehicles on the property. The property should have night security patrol like the Holiday Inn across the highway. Will never stay here again!

Proximity location to hospital AC was out in hallways and elevators first 2 days.

When we first arrived, the lady at the desk, gave us a room and was kind enough to find my daughter’s reservation and put us close together. She asked me to check with my room to make sure it was OK, I went back down and told her it was a light bulb out in the lamp next to the bed and the refrigerator could’ve been wiped out a little better. I mentioned the lightbulb three more times while we were there, and it never got fixed. Other than that, this was a good place to stay and I would probably stay there again.

No TV/internet for 6 hours, no late checkout for Hilton Honors members, no soap/body wash in shower

Location Nothing

The room was over priced wasn’t cleaned. Well they overcharged for snacks downstairs no hot tub. It took forever to check in and then it was so hard to get extra towels throughout our stay. We’re not recommend. I am a Holiday Inn express member and that’s why I will continue to go to. We just picked this one because we wanted an outdoor pool, but nothing about this property was extra extraordinary or fancy or nice or anything. The way you would expect whenever you go spend money for a nice place to stay for the night.

Stayed for my nephews graduation from Texas Tech. Great property and convenient to everything.

Room Rough neighborhood

Parking should have been free since the hotel is not in a very big city with big crowd.

The shower The bedding was dirty, the carpet hadn’t been cleaned and the layout was a bit unpleasant. When we checked in, we were too exhausted to complain.
