MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites

The staff were very kind and helpful. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast. My sister and I stay here several times a year. We are always in the outdated, rusty tub, moldy rooms. It seriously needs updating for the price of a room.

There were stains on the bedding and floors, hair (that was not mine) and stains in the tub…

Excellent location, great costumer service, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, great location close to the university, value for money

The restaurant was very good. We enjoyed the bar area and happy hour was a pleasant surprise with free appetizers and beer. Matt, the bartender was great.

Didn’t have a chance to try it Can be more modern

Clean, very nice staff I think some anti slip sticker things in the shower would be great! It was slippery.

Good

The pool was green and the couch in my room was questionable to even sit on.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel needs to be updated.

This hotel was a nice place to stay. It is a bit tired and needs updating. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. It's also in a convenient location to Texas Tech. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around the area too much as there are homeless people in the area. The hotel and parking lot are pretty safe.

Hotel is conveniently located and loved the breakfast choices and relaxing ambiance. Thank you to Shelley, Alex and Fritz for making our stay memorable! We will be back!!!

Really great value. We stayed in the King Suite. Excellent space. Amazing Breakfast (on the house). Wife said it's the great breakfast experience she's ever had at a complimentary breakfast hotel. I have to agree. Really worth it!!!

Superb

Close to everything, neat and customer friendly A little outdated decor in rooms and halls

Location was great- only good thing here. It is old building, smells, not clean, no water pressure. Breakfast is a joke.

staff is very courteous and the rates are very reasonable

Dated but clean, kind staff, on-site restaurant is good, free shuttle to Football Stadium was great. Second time booking here and will stay again.

Would like to have more shampoo/conditioner/lotion readily available but other than that accommodations were great.

Good to have shuttles Needs updates, but ok

It looked like a nice hotel. But not wellmaintained. I like the pool and gym though. Food is ok. Feels pricier than its worth. Nice location.
