MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites

Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable

Pool was closed for “routine maintenance” not good considering I book hotels FOR the pools so that we have entertainment for the kids. If it’s routine- it should be noted when booking, as we would have stayed somewhere else. Breakfast was ok- better than basic. Sweet staff. Shower was perfect- and beds were decently comfortable. I learned that all MCM Elegantes are not all created equal- this one is pretty outdated and needs some work

Pick a different hotel! Not a good place to stay.

Helpful staff rooms are older and need some upgrades in the bathrooms but overall good the beds were comfortable

Old outdated hotel, don’t recommend. It’s priced the same as newly developed hotels in the area I got the room due to the name didn’t know it was outdated give you 90’s vibe no way I kept my shoes on the whole time in the room

We've become regulars at the MCM Elegante in Colorado Springs and when the MCM Elegante came up in my search for hotels in Lubbock, we decided to try it. It was a good decision. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the lady at check-in was super friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was also useful to have a restaurant in the hotel. Our server was fantastic and the food was excellent. If we have to sleep in Lubbock again, we'll definitely go to the MCM Elegante.

Great hotel

Everyone was kind and polite. Breakfast sucked!

But the people were all super helpful, and probably if I had mentioned it, they would have worked on it immediately, hah. Unfortunately we were only there for a short time. I was happy with the granola and bacon at breakfast too!

The toilet was having issues other that everything was great.

Phone in our room was not working. First time we had a problem we went downstairs to talk to desk. Second time I called the hotel number and talked to desk.

Friendly staff and great bar, restaurant. A little dated but gave the hitel character.

Breakfast was delicious, they can make omelets to order, staff are very helpful . Rooms are cleaned every day .

The cleaning ladies were nice and the night shift people were nice Well, I hated the fact that there were bedbugs in my bed!

We stayed at this hotel because we love staying at the MCM Elegante in Ruidoso, NM, mainly because of their customer service and best breakfast ever. This was not even close to the customer service. 1st of all how does the bar close at 10pm?? And then you can't sit on the lobby chairs or couches after 11pm. The man at the front desk with the cowboy hat was rude and rudely kick us off first the dining area and then the couches when we weren't doing anything but sitting there. Very disappointed
