For the 5 days i stayed there they only offered us waffle mix for breakfast and majority of the juice was out of order the manager was so unprofessional he judge us as soon as we got there and was really rude to us I feel like we was being targeted and racially profiled

I ended up not staying because the doors could not be secured, rooms offered were unacceptable- people hanging about outside and I did not feel safe. My fee was returned to Expedia, but I have yet to see a refund sent to me. Desk person was kind and helpful- but I could not stay at this facility. And I want my refund from Expedia!

Horrible experience. It was dirty inside and out. Garbage everywhere broken glass bottles over flowing garbages. Breakfast wasnt ready at the time it should of been

We were traveling with our dog. Your website stated that the pet fee was $20 but the hotel clerk insisted that it was $25. Either you need to update the information on your website or they need to charge it accordingly.

Breakfast was not good at all only few slices of bread waffles machine yogurt from Walmart and bad coffee ☹️

Semi clean room. Drywall dust from repairs on bed, dresser. 1 picture on wall, very bland looking room .

The room smelled like smoke from 20 years ago. The flooring was dirty evidenced by my dirty footprints when I got in the shower in the morning. The people staying in the surrounding rooms were noisy and inconsiderate. They sat outside my door and talked loudly enough that I went outside at 10:30 and asked them to quiet down. That didn't stop until at least 12:30. At 2:22 am, thank you digital clock, another couple walked past my room and sat outside talking loudly for who knows how long. Who are these people who don't have to get up for work in the morning, and why are they renting rooms from you? When I went to get ice the vending room smelled like someone had been urinating in it for months.

I did not stay at this location. Once I went into the lobby it had a bad smell. The lobby was horrible. The room smelled just like the lobby. I refused to stay. I asked for a refund and went across the parking lot to Hampton Inn.

It was outdated, the floor looked like it had mud and the bathroom dirty

The metal box in the wall that holds the toilet paper was hanging off the wall. Lots of mold in the bathtub and shower.
