The only reason I didn’t rate higher was that they forgot to clean our room. We were gone all day and came back too late for them to do anything although they did bring clean towels per request and were very apologetic.

Could use extra blankets for rooms with multiple sleeping areas. Overall great stay.

It was a last minute decision to book and we had to get ready for a dinner last minute and we were put into a corner room but the chain lock was broken and the manual door lock was broken. Half way through my shower, a gentleman opened the door and started to come in. Imagine our surprise. Why did he come in, I don’t know but he did apologize. After that I was so freaked out I couldn’t stay there and we decided not to come back that evening.

The property is in need of modernization. The halls were dark and the carpet dingy.

Bed was definitely not a king. The ac was not working properly my kids were sweating in their sleep very badly Woman serving breakfast was not friendly at all actually very rude.

The bed was worn and the breakfast was over by 9am

Very clean hotel

The bathroom was dirty, specifically the toilet.

When we arrived the receptionist stated our room was given to a different guest. She blamed Expedia. We reserved a King room with sofa bed on high floor. She offered us a 2 queen bed room instead since we would only be there 1 day we agreed. She apologized several times for the inconvenience. When we entered the room there was a smell. The floor (carpet was wet) so I spoke to the receptionist again, she apologized again, offered me other rooms, the room offered reaked of cigarettes. This is a nonsmoking facility. I declined. The 3 rd room had a smell like flatulence. We decided to stay in the first room since we were tired from driving 6 hours, it was late. She provided a fan to dry the carpet. We went to eat and came back there was lint all over from the fan, housekeeping vacuumed but left more. I asked to borrow a vacuum but ftont desk said the maintenace room is locked. I just tried to pick up the leftover with tissues. It was a horrible night. Breakfast was awful, The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs. They claim its cage free. The receptionist tried but it was done. Awful experience.

The location, amenities and value were great. Room service was a big plus. Everything was great
