Water smells weird.

For the price and the size of the rooms for the location, it was perfect. Most of the hotels we looked at closer to either of the theme parks we were going to visit only had double beds in each room, and here we were able to get a room with two queen-size beds. The hotel is situated right off the interstate, which made coming and going super-easy as well. I have to give major props to the continental breakfast every day - it was fabulous! The staff at the hotel was top-notch, too - everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful no matter what time of day we needed anything. The room was very clean and well-maintained despite showing a little age on some of the furniture. That said, the bathroom situation was odd. A sliding frosted glass barn door that lets all the light from the bathroom into the sleeping area is a weird design choice - and it DID wake everyone in the room up when any of us used the bathroom after everyone else was asleep. Water pressure in the shower in our room was a little weak, too - but that's not unusual for a hotel. I gave only a "mid" review on the amenities because we didn't use anything aside from the on-site laundry facility and never checked out the fitness center or pool.

The staff was very helpful and as friendly as possible and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the area was very convenient.

Hotel was great, rooms were clean and also cleaned every day. The staff were very friendly. Only suggestions I have is to put mats on the gym floor. Very hard to do floor exercises on hardwood. Other then that, wonderful place

Cleaned room would have been nicer. The breakfast was meh, very bad. The staff would have been nice if they were friendly. Next stay in tampa I would choose another hotel.

Rooms were never cleaned. I was handed bedding to change myself and vacuum to vacuum myself. I was shouted at from a staff member during breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean & close to shopping & restaurants!

Very nice hotel 20 minutes north of Tampa. It located amongst several restaurants and is across the street from the Tampa Premium Outlets. It is next to the interstate but you can’t hear any noise at all. Location has a restaurant/lounge, out door seating and a meeting center. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel

The property is very nice and in a quiet area. It is located close to a shopping plaza which is great. There is plenty of option for breakfast and the staff was amazing. The only thing is that the hotel does not have microwave in the rooms.

It was amazing, helpful staff

Staff was horrible. The man at the front desk was incredibly disrespectful. They charged my card without informing me. I got charged and extra $150 bc my service dog barked while my pregnant daughter was in the shower and her dog was alerting her. Just terrible experience.
