Staff was horrible. The man at the front desk was incredibly disrespectful. They charged my card without informing me. I got charged and extra $150 bc my service dog barked while my pregnant daughter was in the shower and her dog was alerting her. Just terrible experience.

We arrived close to midnight and the staff were incredibly helpful upon our arrival. One staff member was actually walking out the door because it was her end of day but she intentionally stayed to make sure I was checked in properly. I have never had a hotel stay with staff this attentive and helpful.

The seat for the bath tub was loose from the wall, tile was broken where seat attached through wall. Was scared to use it. Room 204. No microwave in room.

Very nice and clean property located right off the highway and conveniently surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

They need new mattresses; they are way too soft.

The hotel is a great place. We had a funeral to attend and it suited our needs. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. Nice options for breakfast and the environment was relaxing.

The carpets need to be cleaned. The location is the best. But the carpets have a smell and they need to be cleaned.

Some lobby furniture worn. Our room was not serviced on 3rd nite. I would still stay again. Great best buffet.

La ubicación del hotel estuvo espectacular xq queda justo al frente de los outlets de Tampa y al salir estás en el Hwy. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes pero tengo que destacar el desayuno y los servidores del hotel fueron 10/10. Recomendado!
