Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa North - Wesley Chapel by IHG

We have stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience. They upgraded from carpet to vinyl wood flooring which is a nice touch. The staff are super friendly. Octavia was amazing. Breakfast options were great had a few options to choose from. Didn't have any issues with finding a spot for parking, which is always a plus. Also the location of the hotel is perfect near the interstate if you need it and near the outlet and many restaurants to choose from

Exceptional

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Thank you!

Only thing I wished the hotel had was a smart tv or allowed you to connect Roku. Other than that, amazing stay!

comfortable and clean

Superb

I went to the front desk and explained the problem. I was told that none of their rooms have windows that open. They were unable to offer me a room where I could get fresh outside air, so I left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. What made the experience even worse came afterward. When Expedia contacted the hotel regarding my refund, the hotel reportedly claimed that I had stayed in the room for approximately three hours. That is simply not accurate. I was in the room for approximately a minute before leaving because of the odor and fragrance. A sealed room, unpleasant odors, heavy air freshener, and no way to bring in fresh outside air was not an acceptable sleeping environment for me. But having the hotel then refuse a refund based on a claim that I occupied the room for three hours made the experience considerably worse. I would not recommend to stay here!

The room was spotless! The over all appearance of the hotel was tidy and clean. Staff were very helpful.

Clean, good breakfast

The young ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! Two out of three treadmills in the gym were out of service.

Clean. And stocked

Great Hotel, reasonable price,,,

clean, awesome showers and great area

Clean room, helpful staff, adequate parking.

Peaceful and very beautiful Our room card quit working every time we left our room and it was very annoying. I would never stay here again at this hotel because of that reason.

Stuff is very kind and respectful!

The staff at checkin were very friendly and the hotel was very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

Pool is small. Breakfast and staff were great!

Everyone was super nice here from the front desk clerks to the management to the girls that were cleaning the room. We were here for a week because my daughter‘s apartment had burnt down and I could not. I can’t say I don’t know how to express how wonderful everybody was no words and one person really really stood out. I think her name was Sulee and she was a housekeeper, always had a smile so friendly she was such a joy, bright light in a terrible time.
