Overall my stay with my family was good, good location for shops, restaurants and about 20mins from Busch Gardens. The staff was nice, especially Miss Octavia. The room was spacious, clean with a few minor areas that need approvements and some issues with the room plumbing & the back door downstairs that should’ve be locked and only accessed with room key, was not locked, as a matter of fact the door couldn’t lock because the door’s lock was broken, which posed a security risk and housekeeping and maintenance tried to enter a couple of times while we were still in the room despite the DND sign on the door. Overall, I’d give my stay a 3.5 out of 5

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was fantastic. Upon my check-out, I advised one of the managers that I'd leave a review because of their exceptional friendliness and professionalism!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was steady-no need to adjust it. I liked that the tub had a non slip surface and the shower head was great. I didn’t eat breakfast but it looked delicious.

Rooms were dirty, staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is old and very out dated

Then when getting breakfast in the morning, the people next to us went to go pour milk in their cereal only to have it come out in clumps! Def didn’t live up to the rating online.
