Had an issue with bugs that appeared to be coming from a shared wall. Probably came in with someone’s belongings.i made staff aware and recommended they spray after checked out the next day. I had stayed there a couple weeks prior and there were no issues then.

It was not as I expected, the room was cold and not comfortable. The blanket and comforter were worn. It was clean and I was thankful for that.
-
Floor in room needed to be mopped.
-
They had kitchen facilities, but no cups, dishes, silverwear, pots, etc. They gave nothing but the room, a set of towels and a bar of soap for the bathroom.
