There was ice machine, no breakfast and vending machines were at best expensive.

The floor was dirty no towels I. The bathroom just 2 wash clothes . The lights wouldn’t come on in the kitchen area. The remote control to the tv had no back so the batteries can just fall out . The beds was squeaky and the covers where then sheets. No with the price .

Great stay

As for the property and cleanliness, the room was smelly, lacked basics and there was mold in the shower. Hire more employees and take better care of your property if you’re charging this much. If you know there is going to be a large group coming, prepare so your staff does not have to suffer.

They have a kitchenette with stove microwave and refrigerator. No plates silverware pots pans bowls or anything

Never go there again. Definitely not worth the cost. Lacking customer service, lacking staff, one person doing everything. No breakfast, no pool, a crappy stay. Won’t use Expedia again

Few areas in the apartment looked as though they had been cleaned

It's good to read the inluded amenities and staff are helpfulf to remind you that there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee. Vending Machines are available in the lobby. Free basic wifi. You can purchase higher speed connection.

There are no utensils, Bowls, plates, silverware or glasses. Also no coffee pot. Nothing to cook with either. Just be aware. No continental breakfast, no coffee or tea. Bed springs creaked getting in and out of bed. 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths were provided but no hand towels. But for $89 I guess you really do get what you pay for.

I requested a two bed room online because I was bringing my daughter and once we arrived we received a one bed room ?with made us have to sleep together with two dogs ? I wasn’t happy about this at all and the mattress on the bed felt hard and stiff so I felt like I was sleeping on a bunkie board all night the bathroom wasn’t clean either but I always clean my hotel bathroom anyways so I had cleaner Thk god

Location I didn't check-in. The front desk told us the whole hotel was pet friendly and NO ROOMS were pet free. My wife being asthmatic and allergic to dog danger couldn't risk an epi-pen episode so we left to find a committed Pet Free hotel. I was still charged for the room despite being told their were Pet Room rooms an obvious lie. I believe Booking.com should refund me.

Property was clean. The hotel was clean the first room that they gave us. The staff had not cleaned it so they had to give us a different room overall good experience.

Horrible place, never book this place , they scamming you. On the advertisement saying that you don’t pay until you get to the front desk but they want your credit card and they charge you anyway if you don’t show up and if you cancel it won’t allow you to cancel the computer will hold you back. I said wait for a confirmation. Horrible Customer Service, and will tell all my friends never booked this place never ever it’s a scam. Horrible Customer Service.
