Clean room, friendly staff

Had an excellent stay!

I then went downstairs and the attendant questioned me whether I had called from my room, in which I replied yes. She responded in a rude manner, that she was there and she didn't get a call. Check the records, please! I DON'T NEED TO BE INSULTED FROM THE HIRED HELP!!!!

The check person was very rude and unkind she was rude right from the beginning I came in with smiles and ready to enjoy my stay the other staff was great I don’t remember her name but I checked in that Friday the 7th around 6:09 my name is Bridgett Rutledge room 408 I’ve never experienced such rude behavior I just was trying to hurry up and get through checking in I spoke with two other employees to let them know that I had experienced a bad situation they were very kind and said that they were sorry I originally asked for management but wasn’t there I’m just shocked by the treatment that I received this was supposed to be a joyful welcome and it wasn’t

Despite system being down, the staff was well prepared and gave excellent service with quick turn around

Staff was great. Check in was quick with no issues. Shower had some rust stains that weren’t appealing to the eye, but that is my only “complaint”. I had stayed in the same hotel, different room, that had a weird shower tray that squeaked and felt like I was gonna bust through the floor.

Location, staff was very professional and bed was exceptionally comfortable

Very clean room, great service, excellent staff, specially the housekeeper.

Our room was clean and bed comfortable. When we stay at a Hilton hotel, I have become to expect the best. Unfortunately, I did not find that at this hotel. The furniture in the lobby was heavily stained. There was a stain on the wall in our room. However it was located in a perfect area. The staff was great with kids.

The bed was not changed you could see the bed sheet was winkle. I could not seat on the sofas on the main entrace it was so dirty disgusting… the rest was ok but for a Hilton it was very disappointed…

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional.
