Washer and dryer’s were not taking card swipes and we asked for quarters and front desk was only able to provide 1.00 worth of quarters.

Clean and Beautiful room. Convenient to Liberty University's campus. Friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was limited. Overall, an excellent stay.

Of hair just floating in it. Breakfast was powdered eggs but coffee was really good, the view is amazing.

I contacted the hotel for the airport shuttle but learned that the shuttle stops at 8:00. It would help to include that in their listing. I ultimately arrived after 10:00 pm by Uber and was assigned a room. As soon as I opened the door to the room there was a "huge" clump of hair that was as the entrance of the bathroom. I was shocked how it could have been missed in the cleaning process. I asked to be assigned to another room hoping that the problems were behind me only to get to the next room, where I literally had to fix the toilet, so I'd be able to use it. I thought that I'd move from that situation and try and calm down by watching television, only to find out that the television didn't work. I woke up this morning to find that water in the sink didn't drain either. I notified the hotel front desk staff that evening and I also alerted the front desk agent when checking out. The sad part of all of this is that there were no proactive measures taken to apologize for the worst night ever. I literally had to self-identify and state that I'm the customer that had "horrible experience".

I’m going to be brutally honest. The community area’s TV programming has to be NEUTRAL. Playing controversial shows like “The View” is not appropriate. Show sports or the weather maybe even the shopping network. OK? I gave a lower rating because of this error in judgment.

Very good breakfast. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible - might as well close your eyes while trying to look in the mirror, the result would be about the same!

The hotel was close to places to eat and only a 15 minute ride from the train station Not enough parking spaces. When I visited it was a bus of large tour busses so spaces were limited
