The worst part of staying at this hotel was the airport shuttle service. When I called from the airport, no one answered despite multiple attempts. I tried calling from another phone, and someone finally picked up, telling me the shuttle was very busy, the driver was currently unreachable, and they couldn't estimate a pickup time. They asked me to call back in five minutes for an update. After 15 minutes, I called several more times—first from my phone, then from another—but no one answered either time. My family, including two young kids, ended up waiting outside in the heat at the shuttle pickup area for 40 minutes before I finally gave up and took an Uber to the hotel.

The first night of our stay we had no cable, not the biggest deal in the world but it’s nice to be able to relax after a long drive and watch tv (like I would have liked to) and it is listed as an amenity. The cable being out was apparently an issue at the hotel before we arrived and was never mentioned to us during our check in. The second day of our stay we asked for toilet paper and towels because there was only one roll in the room and 3 towels (which we have used at this point) for a family of 4. When we asked for towels and toilet paper the front desk told us they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to them and no housekeeping is on site. We again went to the desk the next morning for them and still nothing available. This was at 1130 am. We never had anything until that afternoon around 330. We were tired of asking.

The room was very clean except the shower there was hair allover the shower and back of bathroom door

Arrived at 3pm, the stated check in time, and the room wasn’t ready. Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes before finally getting a room. The room provided was the wrong room type. Had to go back to them desk to get another room. The entire floor smelled like weed, inside the room and out. Not a great experience.

I had a horrible experience with the staff and I had the insurance and needed to jus exchange the date due to me being hospitalized due to a life threatening infection that kept me overnight and caused me to be a day and a half late checking in, not to mention I purchased the insurance when I booked the reservation and trust and believe I did not intend to have a hole/crater/ulcer in my leg that is swollen and painful and hurts to walk on. Well the general manager told me that all I had to do is get the agency to call and ask for a refund and she would let me stay in the same room and switch the date if the agency refunded the money and rebooked it for the new date so that I would still have a place to recouperate. Well welhen they called she had lied to me she denied the refund and told me they had to refund me when they paid them with a prepaid card for that date and I had insurance and I had to rebook . Then they approved me for the late check out and that was/or should have been complimentary for making a cancer patient with a very serious infection and documents and pictures of the hole in my leg, well 20 minutes later they called the room after approving me and told me I had to bring another card . Then I had a stopped up toilet and

Hello, our room was nice, but my daughter found a spider in her bed. That was upsetting, other than that it was ok. Thanks.

Location, comfortable beds, clean pool, big breakfast eating area, fresh popcorn and water available in lobby I have never in my life been to a hotel where they ran out of towels. We asked for fresh towels on our second day there (because our used towels had been already taken) and they said there weren’t any and they didn’t have any that they could wash either. There was another man in the lobby trying to get fresh towels as well and he couldn’t get any either. They literally had no towels to give us so we had to all share ONE towel for two days. It makes no sense. She even went to check an empty room. It’s crazy.
