We've stayed here multiple times and our stays have been great - clean room, friendly staff, comfortable. Breakfast is always included, which is decent and filling and a savings it's one less meal we are required to purchase. Not certain what happened this time as the hotel was not full and not many eating breakfast. We went down at 7:30am and they were out of eggs, limited sausage, a handful of biscuits and no gravy. The server said she'd have some out shortly - she was the only one working. She brought out the gravy and sausage, but 45 minutes later, still no eggs (I finally gave up). She did say she was working as fast as she could - perhaps on the weekends, they could use additional help? Disappointing for sure - first time we had this problem.

Nice clean rooms. We had multiple rooms and were put close together on the same floor. Standard hotel breakfast but good. The coffee and hot water wasn’t always available and/or hot, though. Nice gym to workout in.

The room was very clean smelt very good staff was great missed out on breakfast very nice outdoor pool very well kept clean. The only issue I had was not being told on the phone that they needed $100 security deposit I was not informed until we checked in so that needs to be told or somehow put on the stuff you have on Facebook so people know ahead of time that they need that $100 there's people out there like me that didn't have it so I had to wait to get mine back after I paid it but yes that does need to be told to the people on the phone so they know what to expect when they get there to check in !!!!

The facility itself from a glance seemed updated even clean. Once you got in the room it was a bit motel-ish. Blanket on the bed had hair stuck to it. Easy to rid that issue and I just took it off the bed entirely. The bathroom was likely rinsed down and not cleaned. The cubbies where the towels go in the bathroom need wiping and dusting. Same for the rest of the room. Even the bed frame I had to wipe down a bit. Didn’t get a picture of it though. The ice machine on the main floor needs to be serviced and cleaned. It’s standing in dripping water in a basin and it has black chunks in the ice showing it hasn’t been cleaned. The room was flipped and I could tell it wasn’t fully cleaned. A few pics for reference. The front desk staff was extremely kind but the cleanliness overall was subpar compared to the reviews I read. I believe they could do much better.

Room and facilities were ok but the staff needs much improvement. Book for one night and booked for another night explain the situation twice to two desk clerks. Oh it’s fine they said. So why did they call me down to check out and repay a second incidental fee and check in again.

Room was neat, clean and quiet.Breakfast area had plenty of seating and well organized.

Everything was very good and always look forward to returning here.

When another front desk associate came to my room, we discovered the pillow underneath was heavily stained with blood, along with multiple other blood-stained pillows. The bed sheets also had an unpleasant odor. She was shocked by the condition and sincerely apologized. The bedside phone also didn't work because it wasn't connected. The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room had many of the same issues: blood-stained pillowcases, an unclean toilet, and blood on the shower curtain. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. While the staff who assisted me afterward were professional, kind, and accommodating, the housekeeping standards were completely unacceptable. Management needs to address these sanitation issues and the lack of follow-through by the initial front desk associate.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating . The room was clean and comfortable.

The worst part of staying at this hotel was the airport shuttle service. When I called from the airport, no one answered despite multiple attempts. I tried calling from another phone, and someone finally picked up, telling me the shuttle was very busy, the driver was currently unreachable, and they couldn't estimate a pickup time. They asked me to call back in five minutes for an update. After 15 minutes, I called several more times—first from my phone, then from another—but no one answered either time. My family, including two young kids, ended up waiting outside in the heat at the shuttle pickup area for 40 minutes before I finally gave up and took an Uber to the hotel.

The first night of our stay we had no cable, not the biggest deal in the world but it’s nice to be able to relax after a long drive and watch tv (like I would have liked to) and it is listed as an amenity. The cable being out was apparently an issue at the hotel before we arrived and was never mentioned to us during our check in. The second day of our stay we asked for toilet paper and towels because there was only one roll in the room and 3 towels (which we have used at this point) for a family of 4. When we asked for towels and toilet paper the front desk told us they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have access to them and no housekeeping is on site. We again went to the desk the next morning for them and still nothing available. This was at 1130 am. We never had anything until that afternoon around 330. We were tired of asking.
