Haven’t received my 20$ deposit i didn’t damage anything

First, the shower was very dirty. It had black mold on it, and I had to clean it myself before I could use it. Second, housekeeping did not clean our room unless we called and asked them to. Third, the fruit basket was never replaced. The apples stayed there from the first day until the day we checked out, and they turned black. No one ever changed them. There were also a lot of bugs in the room. I took pictures of everything, but no one seemed to care. When I asked for a refund, the manager told me that because I had already paid, there was no way they could refund my money, even though I checked out early. If you want to save your money and avoid a terrible experience, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. The service was very poor, and I would never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a good location with a lot of attractions nearby. My only complaint was the limited breakfast options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the towels, although clean, were very old and badly stained, so I couldn't bring myself to use them.

When I entered the room, there was some stuffy smell. The couch chair has stains. The sheets were washed but there was lots of dark speckles we had to brush off. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was just okay. I could see they just sealed the bathroom that may had some crack on it. Quality Inn has the room doors exposed to the parking lot by its design. Expect people are smoking outside your door. I don't think there is any rule around how far the smokers need to be from the building.

After our first night we woke up to find several bugs, dead and alive, on the floor in and around the bathroom. Some of the furniture was falling apart at the base and about half of the tv remote buttons didn’t work with no guide for the channels that I could find. However, despite all of that the staff was very friendly and helpful and the air conditioner worked phenomenally. None of the appliances had issues and there were no disturbances from other guests. Our main reason for staying here was that our A/C went out in our home and we had two small pets. I work outdoors so I didn’t want to sit in 85-90 degree heat at home afterwards, nor did I want that for our pets and I found our alternative here. This establishment was one of the only ones in town that would take us and that’s all that matters to me. The staff was great, the place just needs more upkeep and maybe a good maintenance tech with an honest budget to work with from the owner or parent company.

The location is great very centralized but the hotel room was very dirty. The floors were dirty, the bedding was dirty, the bathroom was not even cleaned. I had to throw away a used feminine product that was on the floor when i entered the bathroom. The room also smelled like cigarettes. The towels that were placed in the hotel room were still slightly moist, i imagine from a wash. And for some reason, there was blood everywhere, bedding, walls and everything in between. Def not hygenic. The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay, but as expected for a hot breakfast. Parking is good.

The room was disgusting! Not clean at all! The comforter had stains all over it and the bathtub was filthy and the shower curtain was moldy. We had the front desk put us in another room and it had the same issues. So obviously this hotel does not care to clean any of its rooms. Also the TV did not work. I will never stay at another Quality Inn again. I would suggest no one stay at this hotel.

Older building. Front desk great! Shocked to find a nearly empty Modelo beer can fall out when I closed my blackout curtains at arrival. Found small orange cracker crumbs in desk seat. I checked in so late I didn’t bother notifying the mgmt. juice machine broken at breakfast. Had eggs, biscuits n gravy, waffles, yogurt, & cereal as options. (No sausage or bacon option)

I loved the flooring choices for the room. It was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was just right with yogurt and toast. Thank you.

Yes, under the bed was dirty everything under everything was dirty. It was a dirty.

Corners had dirt/debris. Shower was showing mold.
