Quality Inn Lynchburg near University

The problem was with the room. There was very little attempt to clean it if any. There were hair balls on the floor and on the counter near the sink, dirty shoe prints on the bed comforter, cigarette burns in the sheets, and more hair in the bed. The tub was stained yellow and looked to be dirty as well. We ended up staying at the hotel next-door. A few dollars more but well worth it. Don’t waste your time with this Quality Inn, there’s not much quality there.

Room was just okay, it was worn in areas and cleanliness was not great.

Facility was ok. Definitely not the cleanest place but it met our needs.

Very basic. Poorly maintained and kept. Worn-down property and room. Cockroach crawled out. Lots of grime.

There was hair in our clean sheets and stains on the comforter. We were offered replacement sheets to change ourselves but fortunately were able to change rooms. The rooms show their age. My feet were black walking to the shower. An hour before checkout, we saw housekeeping looking through our windows to see if we had checked out. The front desk staff were friendly but we will not stay here again.

Room was disgusting

Room was not clean. Smelled bad. Noise from a diesel truck running all night. Had to call front desk. Was told they have no automobile policy.

The floors were terrible. I'm not sure what they used to clean the floors with, but it was covered in a film of black that made our feet, socks, and shoes filthy! The refrigerator was not very cold, and I saw no way to turn it up. They only had one small trash can under the desk. They need at least one more under the sink near the bathroom. I had a blood spot on my sheet and one on a pillow case. We asked for a wake-up call and never got it.

The room was dirty! Bathtub had water and hair in it! I had to drain it! Mirrored closet doors, mini fridge and microwave were covered in fingerprints and had not been wiped down. Old food was on the floor. The bed squeaked everytime I turned over.

Property grounds/parking lot dirty, trash & litter on walkways. Rooms smelled bad. Rooms small & outdated. Convenient to local shopping & university; breakfast decent, but same everyday, limited options, limited hours.

The room was not very clean. The rest of the property was acceptable.

Please don’t stay here. Lightbulbs were missing from almost all the lamps, the bathroom was very dingy, shower was filthy. TV didn’t work. When I asked the staff, she said “ sometimes it takes 10 min to warm up”. Ummm no.

The room needs a DEEP CLEANING

Room was not clean - dusted, dirty flors, bathroom had hair and dust on the floor, toilet not scrubbed, drains had brown rings, bath tub floor clearly not scrubbed, hair in the bed, strong smelling linens that let me up… it was not a pleasant experience.
