Very clean and spacious. Loved the lobby coffee machine….fresh coffee anytime. Breakfast choices could have been better, maybe some yogurt, more variety on cereal, fruit, and bagels.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the sofa area for tv viewing. I had an issue with the pillows, just weren’t that comfortable.

The staff was over the top friendly, The gentleman at breakfast was especially kind and gracious. Breakfast offered a nice selection of food. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I will probably stay again.

Everything about Microtel was excellent except the breakfast. Staff was friendly, the building was clean, but the breakfast was bland and unappealing.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good! We really enjoyed our stay!

Continental breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure awesome! Rooms were clean with nice amenities. Great hotel for value. Convenient to Liberty University!

Attention to cleanliness detail in the room (specifically bathroom) is overlooked. Overall, the room was cleaned and up kept. This hotel could be very good though if the room bathrooms were refreshed in detail.

The staff was great which made it bearable. The property is very worn and because of that it feels more dirt it than it probably was. While it was very inexpensive and the staff was great we probably will not stay there again.
