The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator kept drinks cold, the microwave heated food well, and the iron worked properly. The ironing board did not have any padding, which made ironing a little awkward, but it was still usable.

Staff was nice and professional. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. I wish there was a variety of soft and firm pillows. All pillows were too firm. Some soft pillows would be welcomed! Breakfast was just ok. No fresh items… just the standard processed foods.

Clean and a good breakfast. Good value for money Well...it does say 'microtel'. Rooms and bathrooms are small. But it was all we needed.

We were in a handicapped room. The commode was too low. The shower curtain had no liner and was at least a foot too short, allowing the floor to flood. The hall carpet was frayed, making it easy to trip.

Room was clean and the breakfast was ok. They could add a few more choices on the breakfast bar and they need to not overcook the sausages. Overall not a bad stay.

Location was good A/c in room was blocked by the bench area and fan in bathroom did not work, no trash can in main part of room, only bike worked in fitness center, other equipment broken. Stains in ceiling in bathroom, carpet dirty, sheets on bed ripped

The ac was not working good and the breakfast was to late for me at 7 am. Also heard the eggs were cold from others in my group.

Check in desk staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean. The only thing it was missing was bars of soap for the bathroom sink, which the front desk staff gave me as soon as I asked. Coffee was good, and my husband enjoyed his breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and our room was very comfortable temperature-wise.
