Close to Liberty We were there 5 days and not one time. Did they come and change the towels? Take out the trash refresh our toiletries make the bed nothing. The only time that our trash went out is when I took it out and I had to go to the office each day to get new towels. There are people there that seem to be long-term. Guests smoking marijuana outside my room every single day even though there are signs literally posted everywhere that say no smoking within 15 ft of the building. It didn't change anything and management didn't do anything to stop that. And although the staff was nice, well at least the nighttime manager or the person on duty was nice. I don't know during the day. It's frustrating that there were three of us for 5 days and there was no attempt to do anything in our room. I will not ever stay here again. And the beds were much smaller than I was anticipating.

It was dirty, the non-smoking room was a smoking room, the only good thing about the place was the microwave

Rooms really wasn't all that Great pillow looked dirty,laundry room was really hot and nasty. Had a door lock holding the dryer door closed.they charged me 150 a week for pet fee.so what turned out to be a 578.00 week stay turned into over 700.00 fir the week.

I didn't like anything the pool was under maintenance I ordered a queen bed room and they tried to stick me in a double twin room. The facility smelled like mold mildew and baby crap and was a total mess. I didn't even stay I left immediately after seeing the room and still have not been returned my deposit back to my card The staff was completely rude to me and once the owner was contacted she said I would have my ninety four dollars returned to me and that has not happened either neither have I been followed up with. This is the worst motel I ever set foot in. EVERYTHING!

We were move to another room. In this room, the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it. The floors were not mopped, and our visit was very poor. At that point I requested to speak with manager. I was told he was not available. Not a great location.

I really do like everything about it but at the end of my stay I've stayed there about 4 times since Christmas and every time it's great until I have to wait about a month or 2 at least to get my security deposit and really I have yet to see that it was ever giving back so I won't be going there any more sorry other than that it was great
