friendly staff. Dated room. Bed comfortable.

This place was disgusting. The AC leaked and soaked a large portion of the carpet. The staff’s only response was that he would bring us some towels and then he never actually did. The stairs were falling apart, the pool was green, and everything was dirty and outdated.

Upon check-in we were told that our reservation was cancelled because it was from a third party and the hotel overbooked. Additionally, the employee told me that my card was declined. I showed him my paid receipt from weeks ago and that it had cleared my bank then as well. We knew it was move in week at a local college, so we prepaid. Upon learning this, he asked if we would accept a different arrangement than what we reserved (a king instead of two queens.) I had asked for 2 queens which he then seemed to be able to arrange. Upon entering our room it was apparent that someone else was staying there. We return to check-in and asked for another room. We were given the room with a king bed. We had stayed here before, its a roof over your head. Not sure we will stay again.

This hotel is run very poorly. Bad management. I booked a room through Expedia and when I arrived there was no reservation. This is the absolute worst hotel I ever stayed in.

The room I booked was not available when I got there.

It was dirty, the non-smoking room was a smoking room, the only good thing about the place was the microwave

Mold on the ceiling and it smelled terrible.

I loved the air and bed was very comfortable The ac was leaking and had the carpet wet from the unit to refrigerator

Rooms really wasn't all that Great pillow looked dirty,laundry room was really hot and nasty. Had a door lock holding the dryer door closed.they charged me 150 a week for pet fee.so what turned out to be a 578.00 week stay turned into over 700.00 fir the week.

I didn't like anything the pool was under maintenance I ordered a queen bed room and they tried to stick me in a double twin room. The facility smelled like mold mildew and baby crap and was a total mess. I didn't even stay I left immediately after seeing the room and still have not been returned my deposit back to my card? The staff was completely rude to me and once the owner was contacted she said I would have my ninety four dollars returned to me and that has not happened either neither have I been followed up with. This is the worst motel I ever set foot in. EVERYTHING!

Check in time and key didn't work 3 different times was ridiculous and put me right next to someone when there was plenty vacant

It was okay There was no blanket just a sheet on the bed

The price

We were move to another room. In this room, the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it. The floors were not mopped, and our visit was very poor. At that point I requested to speak with manager. I was told he was not available. Not a great location.

It was ok, no jelly for toast! There were egg discs so I think they were real eggs. OJ was good. It was real. The room rug was sour, sour, Sour! That was awful. There was food in sink drain and on the rug. There was no blankets and the only reason I stayed was because the sheets were clean. There were no pillowcases! I used a clean towel on top of the pillow. I layed towels on the floor to protect my feet from bacteria of very sour rug that was mainly in front of only sink.

I really do like everything about it but at the end of my stay I've stayed there about 4 times since Christmas and every time it's great until I have to wait about a month or 2 at least to get my security deposit and really I have yet to see that it was ever giving back so I won't be going there any more sorry other than that it was great
