The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Bed was so comfortable and room was very quiet. I slept so great! Breakfast was so yummy and had lots of great options. Location was awesome. Will definitely stay here again! Lighting was inadequate and would like some hooks for towels or garment bags.

Always smells clean, beds clean and comfy, staff really nice, love the coffee and water bottles always there, and love the late checkout. Smell of weed being smoked somewhere inside on second floor

Solo pase una noche en el hotel pero estuvo buenisimo. descanso, buen desayuno, y con parqueo disponible. La limpieza estuvo bien, El hotel se siente un poco desgastado por el uso y tiempo de opoeración, pero lo mantiene en buenas condiciones. Estaba cerca a la universidad y a otros lugaraes que visisté. Muy buena atención.

The breakfast was very good. The desk managers were nice and helpful. The toilet paper was single sheets and not very soft. Only 1 ice machine and not centrally located.

Location was good. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was typical for Holiday Inn Express. They had snacks and water available at the front area which was nice. Room was dirty - hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. Air conditioner was extremely loud so none of us got much sleep the first night. Beds were too soft. The outdoor pool was tiny and not appealing.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Holiday Inn Express IHG in Lynchburg, VA. I wish it was longer. It was southern hospitality at its finest! The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The whole atmosphere made me feel comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good, not great (the scrambled eggs left a lot to be desired in my honest opinion), but overall, it was delicious nevertheless. I will definitely stay there again in the future.
