Bella Vista Hotel & Suites

Room was super clean and staff just fantastic and everything was just perfect!

I was placed in a handicap room without any conversation. There was no table or counter top in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, the headboard sqeaked throughout the night. My stay was not comfortable. That's all.

Perfect for an overnight while visiting LU.

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Nice outdoor patio and sparkling pool. Lots of equipment in the gym. Great breakfast.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the towels were nice. The room itself was unpleasant. Any thoughts of decor were absent. Nothing on the walls, vinyl plank floor and a window with only a rollup blackout shade was unattractive and made the acoustics terrible. Lighting was poor with a glaringly bright ceiling light. The bed frame was surrounded by sheet metal that sounded like thunder anytime your toe touched it. What furniture was in the room was mismatched and not very functional. This made Motel 6 decorating look pretty good. Though the room was clean the trash was not emptied and we had two conditioners and no shampoo. Finally, I have suffered through many mediocre free breakfasts but this set a new low bar. We ate out. 2 stars may be being kind.

This was an amazing experience. Everyone was helpful and I felt I walked into a restful location that was not bustling like most places you stay. The dining area was big and inviting. You wanted to eat breakfast and not feel rushed in and out so there is room for the next people. LOVED this experience and can't wait to stay here again.

We had a suite but our washing machine did not work properly other than that i will be back every time i visit liberty university

I like the charm and decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious. We had a beatiful view of the mountains. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer/dryer in our room. We will most likely be staying again. Not really that big of a deal, but we were surprised at how cold the pool was.

clean room, staff were fantastic, friendly, wish the rooms had a phone. our tv didn't work, but we were only there one night. very basic hotel .but nice.

Mix matched furniture, little pillows, lamps didn’t work,

Last time we stayed there it was much better. This time, we had a king room and there was only 1 mirror that was in the bathroom with the toilet and shower. The sink was outside that room. It was super inconvenient. It made it very hard to do my hair and make-up while my husband was in the shower. The night tables are very small. My lamp did not work.

Everything truly It’s too far from home, but perfectly placed where we need it to be.
