This hotel was the perfect choice for a visit with my daughter! This hotel is in close proximity to shopping, downtown, and dining! The best part provided by the Marriott was their staff! The young lady who greeted us as we arrived on Friday evening was absolutely splendid and the best representative of personal care and customer service! Thank you, thank you!

Loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the property and my room were spotless. This location is extremely convenient to various shopping and dining options. This will be my go to hotel for all future trips to Lynchburg!!

$10 to park—keep in mind this is not a big city, it’s in an industrial area and was nothing but an UNDISCLOSED cash grab. $30 hold for incidentals that I had to call to be refunded, most hotels just hold a card on file. No breakfast. Ice machine was broken. Gym was broken and closed. Hallways smelled like weed and walls were paper thin. This was unlike any other Courtyard I’ve ever stayed in and I will never be back. Super 8-level hotel with Courtyard price.

Charged me $10/day for parking, didn't know about that. After checkout they charged me another $180 because of a computer glitch that still isn't refunded

The room was clean and we enjoyed a quiet night sleep. I stayed here 2 years prior and feel that the services provided didn't reach the level they had previously. Overall, I will stay here again when I return to Lynchburg in the future.

The room view was an extremely dirty and grimy outside hotel supply area with a shed. The curtains were shredded/torn from bottom to top. There was a bug crawling inside the bathroom fixture. Built in dirt/scum on the shower floor and they sent me a $10 bill for overnight parking as though I was staying in some major city. The hotel may have been 1/4 full. The bedroom and lobby sofas were soiled. Elevator ceiling tiles missing.
