Excellent comfort and luxury-feel. I appreciate the cost-effectiveness. I wish the breakfast was just a bit more hot food, but is tasty as advertised. Highly recommended.

Location is super convenient to Liberty, 29, 460, and downtown. No amenities, but fine for quick/business travel. The front door is not automatic, which can be pain when you’re lugging bags but other than that, it was a good hotel at a great price. I travel to Lynchburg frequently for work, stayed on a whim, and I will most likely stay there again.

I then noticed that although our AC unit was working, the cover was missing, and there was mold and dirt in it. I knew we were either going to stay where we were OR go to another hotel and cut our losses. We ended up staying and it was manageable, but we will NOT be going back. We did call Hilton and got a case number and will follow up with them. Monday I will call and speak to the manager.

Quick stay for work, Hotel is bright and newly renovated. Clean comfortable room/bed. Hot water and decently sized shower in a small bathroom. Microwave and fridge available. Free breakfast. Worth the price charged. Would stay again.

I have stayed in Hylton Spark hotels before, and they were great, this by far was the worst one I have ever stayed in.

Staff was great. When told of (2) problems with our room, she efficiently and effectively took care of the matter and got us into another room. Kathy in the breakfast area was very personable and kept the area very clean and well-stocked. Housekeeping is very attentive and professional. Physical structure itself is in need of repair/upgrades. For example, shower doors in two different rooms did not properly close and allowed water to leak out onto the floor. Staff is doing a great job but are up against an aging facility.

Nice open room with bright, modern decor. Bed and pillows very comfy. Very odd shower but roomy. Breakfast was very sparse; cereal, bread options and yogurt.

The hotel was Stark. The entrance was looking beat up. And breakfast was a little too sparse.It was very quiet though!
