Very clean. It had everything we needed.

The room was pretty nice. Clean and comfortable bed. The AC didn’t have a cover and showed dust and dirt. The free breakfast was decent.The front staff was awesome during the day.,The night staff wasted horrible. Sat and looked at phone and was not very engaging.

We stayed here while touring university nearby, location was great close to all the restaurant and shops. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and rooms were kept and clean.

Loved seeing my name welcoming me the the room on the Large TV and liked the no carpet floor. Very clean

Breakfast was a little lackluster could provide a little more variety.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. We just had two issues. The AC unit was making a lot of noise. My husband realized the problem was the panel so he put a napkin to make it stop. Also the bed backboard was dirty and part of the bathroom wall had fingerprints. My advice would be to clean the walls at least once a week. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to let the staff know about the issues at checkout because my husband handled the checkout while I was on a phone call.

I like Spark. The only thing I will say is the breakfast was a bit disappointing. I didn't expect anything grand, but the bagels were getting old. The only other choices were yogurt and hard boiled eggs.

Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok.

Excellent comfort and luxury-feel. I appreciate the cost-effectiveness. I wish the breakfast was just a bit more hot food, but is tasty as advertised. Highly recommended.

Location is super convenient to Liberty, 29, 460, and downtown. No amenities, but fine for quick/business travel. The front door is not automatic, which can be pain when you’re lugging bags but other than that, it was a good hotel at a great price. I travel to Lynchburg frequently for work, stayed on a whim, and I will most likely stay there again.

We had to make a last minute stop on our travels and glad we picked Spark!
