A charming hotel with the most convenient location right on the main street. The room was very clean with a huge bathroom. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are back on Mackinac Island!

Great stay, will be back to LakeView. Room had sound machine which was a plus. Did not expect the city view room to be that small but that’s all we needed me and my husband. When you are at the island you’re out and about enjoying the nature and surrounding.

Loved the location of this hotel. Easy to walk to breakfast, dinner, sites and shopping. Loved the rocking chair front porch. The room was very nice. We got a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Good use of space in a small room but plenty of room to move. Loved having a refrigerator. Get desserts across the street at the carriage house! Liked that this hotel was at the end of the street. Keep in mind, the horse “waste” smell can be intense whenever you walk the Main Street. Inside the hotel was very clean, no smell and very nicely updated.

Steps away from the ferry, right on Main Street, less than 10 min walk to the grand hotel, beautiful porches to sit and watch the view, indoor pool in case of weather (which is helpful with kids), lovely newly renovated property, welcoming staff, large rooms

Overall everything was wonderful, little pricey but know Mackinac island seems to be overall, whole family had a great time

Loved this hotel! Great location, extremely clean, rooms were recently updated and super cute, lobby was welcoming and spacious with plenty of seating areas, large front porch with rockers to sit and relax and look at the water. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful indoor pool. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Great value too.

Very clean hotel friendly staff

The only two areas of improvement for me would be 1) in this age of electronic payment, there isn’t a good way to tip the porter. This made for some awkward moments, and ultimately a check in desk employee with venmo allowed me to get cash from them to tip the porter. It would have been easier to just bill it to my room or something. I don’t have a good solution for this, but the venmo cash-out is an intermediate solution at best. 2) They used to have an on site restaurant that served breakfast for a fee, but that is no longer the case. Good news is there are plenty of breakfast options on main street to walk to, but on site can sometimes be more convenient, especially on checkout day.

Had a great stay. One of the most cleanest, well maintained hotel i’ve stayed in. The room was very spacious, and clean. Beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would totally stay here again for future visits

Nicest property on Mackinac Island! It has all the comforts of the nicest hotels off the island, but it's convieniently located right downtown across from the ferries. It has an INDOOR pool and hot tub. Staff are friendly. Great value. This will be our first pick when we come back next year for sure.
