It was really nice to stay there because there are shop nearby and places to eat
-
Every was great. Eating area at breakfast should be supervised and cleaned.

Brandon was exceptional, helpful and friendly. Gave lots of ideas of places to go in the area and even stops to make in the way home. The rooms, however, need updating. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, Brandon cleaned out the ac unit so it was colder and the lamps could be changed out to have usb plugs on them.

Remote didn't work for TV.

The gentleman who worked the front desk during our stay was fantastic! He was super welcoming, helpful and friendly. I could tell he put a lot of effort into getting things taken care of - which we dont often see when we travel, so I alwasys like to share this when I see it. The property is older and would benefit from updates, but aligned with what I expected from this tier of hotels and the price point, which was a value. The breakfast offerings were also limited, but it sufficed. The location is great - it's a quick walk into downtown and to the shore where we viewed the sunset behind the bridge.

Dirty looking towels, no soap in some of the dispensers. Bright lights shining in the windows at night. Over all a dingy feeling to the whole property. The only upside was that they had a hotel room that slept 5 ppl: two queens and a twin bed.

Hotel was okay. However it does need some upkeep.

I would never stay in this particular hotel again. It was doable because we had no choice once we got there but,I would not recommend . The hall ways on the stairs were rarely vacuumed, our smoke alarm was yellow with age, the tub had some paint missing, the lights in the pool were not turned on for the first two days we stayed. You had to use a key to go in to the stair well, but the elevator going up could be accessed by anyone. Also the bed in our room had an end sticking out were my son in law and grandson both cracked there toes on it. Also the hot water was a pain half the time. I was very displeased

Nothing can be blamed on front line staff when it comes to this disgrace of a hotel. This is a matter attributed to owner/management. The rooms were in a horrible state with stains on the floors, carpets, etc. The bathrooms, plaster, and fixtures were rusted and falling apart. Breakfast was disgusting and consisted of a picture of Fruit Loops taped to a plastic dispenser, an unplugged waffle maker, along with a coffee and juice dispenser, both of which weren’t functioning. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this hotel was just appalling.

Clean, quiet, easy in and out.

Location, swimming pool, beds were made very well and clean, thank you. Dirty carpet, refrigerator was broken didn't close, coffee in the room was not good. No orange juice, coffee machine in the cafeteria did not work. Out side door trim falling off.

Staff was great and bed was super comfy. Things seemed a little outdated and not kept up.

Location The room was clean but it seriously needs to be updated! The fixtures are from the 1960s, dingy walls and carpet. I'm 5'6 and I was taller than the shower tub! Paper thin walls and the cleaner woke us up right before 9 am pounding on our door until my husband answered. He asked if we needed more time! Checkout isn't u til 11 so why on earth are your cleaners pounding on doors at 9 am?!

Room was dirty staff rude we left a day early
-
clean room tv didnt work for two days but was taken of by brandon

Clean very clean

Modest accommodations with a friendly staff. For the price point, it’s great if you’re just there for a night or two.
-
There is only one light working in the pool area, seems unsafe. The elevator smelt weird. And the bathtub was dirty.

Paid for a bridge view room on the third floor. We could see it but it was far from picture worthy. The upstairs hallway is narrow, if you walk past other people with luggage it becomes a problem. The room was nice and well stocked, clean. The beds however killed me and my back. One night on the bed and I felt like I had been hit by a car. The pillows provided were also rock hard, and unyielding. I won't be back again.
