We stayed there for 4th of July weekend. The hotel was clean and appeared well maintained although it probably hasn't had a facelift in a while. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok for what it is. It's nice that they have an on demand coffee station to use. The only complaints worth mentioning were the internet being splotchy and the bathroom toilet "sweated" a lot. We'd stay there again. It's a about a 5-8 minute walk to the main shopping district in Mackinaw City.

Everything was good except for the shower did not get hot enough. It wasn’t cold by any means but after a long day of travel and wanting a hot shower, that was not ideal.

The room was very clean with nice furniture. The mattresses were thick and well maintained along with all of the bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a continental breakfast that had a good variety of foods to eat and drink. There was a coffee machine always ready and hot. It was close to the outdoor mall and a gas station. It was a very pleasant stay!

The staff is friendly, the property and complimentary ferry shuttle pick up which is really nice. It’s convenient to som restaurants, the fireworks, and to putt putt.

The cleaning and dining staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the check in/front desk staff was extremely helpful and others were completely clueless. Luck of the draw. Overall the staff kept the place clean however the hotel itself has seen better days. The lobby intermittently smelled as if they had a sewage backup and our room has a very musty/moldy smell to it.
