Was warm, hot tub was relaxing, the beach was clean, and everything was within walking distance. Loved it. Only thing we wished we had was a microwave. Past that exceeded expectations. We hope to stay there again in the future❤️

The staff was friendly . The hotel is close to everything and walking distance to Sheplers ferry. The hotel really needs updating. It feels dirty.

Our room was very nice. The churning staff was very nice. The front desk lady wasnt the nicest.

Our room was quiet and clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy walk to all the restaurants, ferry rides to Mackinac Island and fun activities. Would highly recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to area attractions, food, shopping, etc. Nice beach access. They had a great hot breakfast with lots to choose from.

No staff at breakfast keeping things clean and organized. Selection was ok lots of travel under my belt and this needs help.

Our room has a great walkout little patio on the first floor. It was very clean and the a/c worked beautifully! The receptionist checked us in and allowed us to receive Best Western points, even though I booked it through a third party under my name and not my husband's name. That was so very kind of her! Much appreciated! N/A

don't get a room by the beach entrance. The doors shake your entire room Everytime they are closed.
