Super 8 by Wyndham Bridgeview of Mackinaw City

Our room's bathroom had no scratches on the side moldings and the tub was spotless. The toilet flushed completely each time we used it. The fan was noisier and could use some maintenance, but it was only on when we were in the bathroom so it did not disturb sleep or leisure time in the room. The beds had woodsy headboards and a side table and chairs matched it with a woodsy look, as did the end table between the bed and a dresser. It was a leisurely walk to Fort Michilimackinac on the mainland and to the public beach by the Bridge. Food was within a couple blocks and it is easy and safe to walk to the main tourist areas or ferries to Mackinaw Island from this hotel, if you are a walker. Definitely will stay here again next time!

I will not gonna book at that hotel again

My room was clean, my bed was comfy, the water was hot, and the view was beautiful.

Our lock was broken, it was dirty, no place to park. No view what so ever from the king suite room 111.

The manager, I think she was, was very personable.

If you want to use pool don’t! Needs maintenance& smells like fish

Great place and location for our travels

We checked out of room. Left and realized my handicapped daughter had for her shoes,swimsuit and goggles in bathroom. Returned within half hour. Went to front desk and she stated she didn’t show we stayed there. Finally found it and gave me room key. Went to room to find door opened and found large garbage bag on floor full of garbage and I could see are stuff in garbage bag. Had to dig it all out of garbage. Asked if this was there policy to throw away customers items that they forget. She stated no and didn’t seem to really care. Very poor. Would never recommend

Clean room with a great view of the bridge. This was just an overnight stay. I would stay there again!

The room was clean. There was no microwave but everything else was perfect. Loved the extra towels.

Could have been cleaner. The pool and hot tub didn’t look the best. The staff was helpful.

Got there at 2:00pm was told they didn't have a room ready for me. They told me that check in started at 4pm. Came back at 3:45 parking lot was almost full. Meaning people checked in way before me. Got to the front desk told them I had a support dog. They told me that I should of let them know earlier and they had to find a room for me because only certain rooms are allowed dogs. I told the to cancell it and give me back my money then. They told me that I should of let them know on the third party app . The app said pet friendly and the room I picked said pet friendly..there was nothing that asked if I had a dog. If they didn't make it where I was the only person that had to wait till 4pm this would of never happened. Woke up at 6 am and told them if I was going to get treated like this I would of went some other motel. I stay at macinaw all the time never had this problem. I won't go back there again. Wastey money for a bad stay

Room was nice. Staff was nice, although I was told on the phone ahead of time that the pet fee was $25, it's actually $50. Not a huge big deal (apparently it was changed a year ago), but when I paid it with my debit card, they charged me twice. The second charge eventually was refunded after 3 days, but for a few days my account was down $75 from what I had budgeted (extra $25 for pet fee from what I was told on the phone & $50 erroneous double charge), so if you're on a tight budget, luckily I wasn't, it could really hamper your plans until they refund their mistake.

The first room they put us in had mold on the floor and walls, spiders, and ceiling had water in it. The pull out wouldn’t pull out because the room wasn’t big enough. Staff was not friendly. The gave us a new room and it was a little better but not very clean, there was some sort of pill on the floor.

Our room had an odor and not very clean and needed a lot of work. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were nice though.
