This was my first time at IHG Candlewood and I was impressed. I will be staying at Candlewood properties in the future.

Just terrible place to stay I stayed for 3 days no one touched the room I asked 3 times to send someone to clean it they’re busy. I had to ask for towels waited to get them just dirty place would never suggest to anyone.

The property was clean. The pool was quite cold and very chlorinated. (The smell was overwhelming.)

Trash can had garbage in it. Dishwasher still had stuff in it, including a dirty glass. Bed was clean as was bathroom. Could've been more on top of a couple things.

The olny negative thing i have to say is that it would have been nice if we could have gotten fresh towels brought to our room and the old ones removed atleast every other day other than that i have no complaints the room and hotel were very clean and the staff was really nice and welcoming
