It was an okay hotel. Key cards didn't work all the time. When we arrived we had water leaking from the fridge so we were moved to different hotel. Really really disappointed that the pool wasn't opened as we have 3yr old little girl that cried every time she walked by it! It does have good coffee and the beds were comfortable!

My wife and I loved the 2 bedroom room. 2 of the coffee cups weren't clean they had stains .

Everything was great

Hotel had a damp musty smell, no internet, windows had condensation from poor sealing, bathroom mirror had paint chipping off, TV very poorly placed

The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful.

Advertised a pool but the pool was closed in June when temps were in the 80s; we brought our dog and couldn’t believe how bad the grassy areas were filled with dog poop; asked for a towel refresh several times and finally had to go to the front desk

I stayed here to go to Freedom Hill to see Triumph only 10 minutes away. It was a really nice suite, you get your own kitchenette, desk great amenities. The room I had did have a cracked window but other than that great place to stay

I appreciated the layout of the room. I travel with a laptop and printer and the desk in the room had enough space for the laptop, an additional screen, and the printer. If only every motel I stayed at had the layout this one did.

The breakfast was pretty good, for pre-packaged food. The waffles were surprisingly good, the omelets were decent. BUT the biggest star you get is for JEANETTE at the front desk. SHE WAS A ROCKSTAR!!!!! Kind, sweet and helpful! She deserves a RAISE, lol!! There was no bacon for breakfast, boo! LOL!

It has full equipped kitchen. Also breakfast is good

This place is one of the best hotels I've been

I loved the room size and layout. The breakfast was amazing. Staff was very helpful and kind. Parking was great and convenient. The only thing I saw improvement for during my time was the wifi, but I just used my cellular data which was bit an issue.

Night manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Said she had a bad leg and couldn’t get up to check out the TV in the room that wouldn’t work.

staff, welcome package (bottle of water, popcorn), all day available coffee, location, good bed, bathroom amenities (shampoo, contitioner, shower gel in big refillable bottles) Internet unusable (too slow), breakfast very limited, missing cutlery (no spoons, broken knifes), clogged drain in bathroom, windows hard to open

Hotel staff were very friendly!

Breakfast was from 6:00-10:00 but if you went at 9:00 not much was left and the lady didn’t want to keep it stocked. Many people were upset.

Breakfast menu was ok basically same every day more variety day to day would be nice

Omg, the staff is great and the room was perfect! Weird, V-shaped luggage carts, but not that big of a deal.
