Hotel was OK lost power second night there due to storm in the middle of the night the fire alarms went off for who knows what reason and we were outside for 45 minutes at two in the morning no explanation given this to what happened assuming someone pulled the fire alarm lots of children running around slamming doors made for a hard night to get to sleep. AC in the room was OK. Did not seem to keep it really cool one night TV did not work. Front staff was not very helpful. All in all decent hotel just some little quirks.

Staying at the Hyatt in Utica is always a great experience-staff is exceptional and always helpful-rooms are always clean and fresh-it’s in a great location for shopping which is our main reason for stay

My main complaint is that the fruit in the breakfast bar was not fresh. I am pretty forgiving with buffet stlye food but I bit into two separate pieces of mrlon that were spoiled

Travel with family to go to cj’s barrymore . Hotel front desk bee friendly. Did not use pool but it was big and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean , nice breakfast in the morning, nice pool area I visited it even though I didn’t get in during that stay . Room was clean sheets were fresh I just enjoyed the stay overall. I love that the deposit is only 15 dollars as well! Affordable and nice !!
