Room smelt musty. Bathroom floor was very slippery. Faucet Handel in shower was down to your knees. Should offer free breakfast. Bed was terrible had a big dip in center. Was so uncomfortable. I was in town for my nieces wedding shower. And could not sleep. Lots of loud people. When you pay $288.00 for two nights. Bed should have been way better.

We booked a room at the hotel & when we arrived there was no power. We weren’t even able to speak to anyone. Now Marriott places blame on Expedia to refund us & Expedia refuses. Avoid both this property & this booking site.

I was assigned a room that apparently had known TV issues since the repair guy attempted to come in at 9am the morning after I checked in, then never returned at any point during my stay to actually fix it. Front desk staff were constantly scrolling their personal phones rather than being present at the actual desk. Power outage during my stay only emphasized how unhelpful the staff was as they provided zero assistance.

My husband woke up to bed bugs crawling on him! He went to the front desk and they confirmed it was a bed bug! I had to wash all or clothes when we came home and spray our lugage in he garage To be on the safe side. The manager said he would refund our room but so far, we have not seen a refund on our credi card. Our stay was a nightmare.

Elevator was broken, toilet ran, sink leaked. The bed did not face the TV. The room layout was really bad. There was an end table attached to the sofa which we tripped over trying to get into the bed. The air conditioner made a large amount of noise. There is a night light/ regular light in the sink area that kept changing from night light to bright light. We would never stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights and asked multiple times to get our room cleaned, which it never did. The front desk was happy to give more towels, pillows and blankets. The tv went in and out as it pleased and the tub/shower barely drained. Our concerns continued to go unaddressed.

The only issue I had was the design of the TV with the cable box. My wife and I like to bring a roku stick to watch our programs from home. The roku stick would not work unless it was plugged into the HDMI 1 slot. Once on that slot, however, the TV remote would not control the sound at all. When we attempted to use it on the HDMI 2 or 3 slots, the TV would not connect at all. The room was comfortable otherwise. It would make more sense to allow the TV to function like factory normal settings and allow you to switch inputs on the device. I will be testing this same issue out next week when I stay at another Marriott location. If this is a Marriott standard, then I may reconsider staying at these chains in the future.
