Clean spacious room, quiet and accessible location

Staff was friendly, I didn’t partake in breakfast. Good parking

We immediately requested a refund and left the facility. The front desk staff was very kind and inderstanding.

It is somewhat dated but has been updated to a very nice place. We had a suite which was nice. The tv was dark so I think the settings were set dark. The bathroom had the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in there and was great products. The holder did have an issue but it was ok to use. The breakfast was great! Lots of variety such as French toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt with fresh fruit and oatmeal. Loved the variety and freshness. Would have liked the breakfast to start earlier than 7am on a Sat. We like to leave about 7am so starting at 6:30 am would have been nice.

The cleanliness was great the only problem i had was my toilet wouldn't flush didn't know until used the bathroom front desk wouldn't answer the phone so I say in my room I paid 174.00 smelling of bathroom. Nobody was at the front desk the 2 times I walked down and i called 4 differebt times i read tired all gave up

I liked everything Not clean enough the room was dusty and the bathroom also dusty and cobwebs in the corners and black hair on shower walls.

Great location. It was a quiet area even being close to the interstate. It could use a little updating, but over all was nice.

We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.

Nice place great breakfast loved the fruit bar and oatmeal. Lots of options. I was surprised they made French toast. Coffee really good and fresh. Scrambled eggs and sausage pretty yummy 😋 aa well. All the staff super friendly. Loved that check out Is at 12:00pm not 11:00am like most hotels. Swimming pool and outside patio very refreshing!

Bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke from another room all weekend.

The staff was amazing it was my granddaughter's birthday and the staff member bought her an ice cream for her birthday they were very polite very courteous and the hotel was amazing we loved it the pool was nice and jacuzzi was great we would definitely stay again

I stayed a week due at the Staybridge due to a surgical procedure. The hotel can use some updating, but overall, not a bad place. The location feels secluded; however, it is very convenient to so many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Everything I need was convenient. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was a full-size refrigerator and microwave in the room. I did not use the stove, but one was available. It was stocked with all the dishes and utensils that I need. Unfortunately, the ice maker did not work and there are no ice machines. The TV does not have access to streaming, so I went to Best-Buy, which was a mile away and spent $29 on a Roku stick. The best purchase ever!! There are washers and dryers on the 1st floor if needed. The staff was very nice and I would consider staying here again.

Cold showers, place had sweaty smell to it. Not worth the money.

The property seemed like it was in a good location for what we needed. Very rundown and dirty stains everywhere in the room clearly they do not clean thoroughly enough and the repairs are not good. Also, there was hair on my bed.

We didn't have any extra toilet paper in our rooms, we had to ask for a hair dryer, and both sets of bathroom doors were really warped and needed a paint refresh. There was a slight odor in the hallways as well. Staff was extremely friendly though

Extremely comfortable beds and good breakfast. Perfect combo

The staff was great, and the breakfast was convenient. The rooms need some serious attention. The paint is bubbling or cracking, the shower curtain is coming out of the wall, the trim is coming off of the walls in the doorways, etc. I could go on for a while, but I’m not going to. Bottom line is updating and renovations need to happen. It doesn’t have to be super fancy but feeling like you’re in a clean place when you’re not at home goes a long way.

Most everything. Noisy neighbors after 12:00am.
