Great location and Great for a short stay.

Clean but dated

This Holiday Inn was horribly maintained. The outside landscaping was nothing but high-growing weeds and scattered cigarette butts. The garbage containers were overflowing with garbage. In the back parking lot two rats were seen going in and out of the large garbage container in which the surrounding area was just gross . Our bathroom floor was mopped with crud in all the corners. Our room smelled like dirty socks, and who knows what all the stains on the carpet tiles were from. There was broken ceramic tile around the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. No pool towels available so we were given bath mats to dry off with. No bacon by 8:00 for breakfast. No very well organized

Pool was disappointing as it was ice cold. Everything else was good.

Looked at a number of reviews and it said the property was in good repair: outside walkways were breaking up . Air conditioning drainage sprayin over on walkway outside entrance. Room ac worked well but was very loud and had heavy vibration you could feel through the floor. Only one elevator . I waited 20 minutes to check in as they only had one front desk staff on and they were off attending to a cutomers needs. Other staff were nice in the sense they apologized for the wait. When front desk staff arrived they were nice and efficient . The highlight of the stay was a fire alarm evacuation at 11:30 pm. Not the staffs fault as it appears ( only an assumption) that someone smoking in a non smoking hotel set off the fire/smoke alarm. Quite decent reaction time by the police and fire department. Very good alarm..ears are still ringing. Couldn’t get back to sleep so left the hotel in middle of the night.

The accommodations provided a highly comfortable sleeping experience, notably enhanced by the extended pillows. The spa bath was generously sized, which was a significant advantage. The breakfast offered was quite palatable. The accommodations exhibited some signs of wear, particularly the flooring, which appeared to be in need of refurbishment. Additionally, the bed frame presented a noticeable creak. The omelets served were slightly overcooked. I would like to propose an enhancement to your amenities: the provision of cup cozies. As a frequent consumer of hot tea, I found the cups to be uncomfortably warm when transporting them to and from the dining area and my room.

I booked online. Once I got to hotel 3 hpurs after booking.I was told Hotel was over booked. That is why your room was cancelled. This is BS. While standing I tried booking again. Online said Room are still available. Lie and BS. My card was charged twice. I have only received 1 refund.

I still have yet to receive my $50 refund for the incidental fee.

Superb

One of the reasons I booked this Hotel was because they said they had a pool. But when I got there the water was green and the pool was not open the entirw time I was there. This diappointed me. I was also disappointed that they did not have a restaurant, but this was my issue as they did not say they had one. Besides that it was a very good stay. Very nice rooom and staff.
