I requested lowest floor and they fulfilled that request. The bathroom and room smelled musty like wet towels that haven't dried.

Bed was comfy When I turned the jets on for the jacuzzi tub the water got dirty realized after a couple of moments I realized it was hairs, the kind that had been from shaving. It was disguising, and the jacuzzi tub was the entire reason behind my room choice. Staff ignored me completely what i said something upon check out.

Room was very clean The customer service was very poor and when I got there it wasn’t no room I had to get accommodative with another room. And the lady at the desk was very rude.

Breakfast was great, location easily accessible. I was charged $50 extra upon arrival without my prior knowledge for a security deposit. When I get a price I expect it to be the whole total with details.

Breakfast was decent. I didn't like not being informed that the pool was going to be closed. The price was suitable with pool use but since I stayed for 2 nights I was counting on ample use of the pool. The most disappointing part is that it looked fine through the windows. Not sure why it was closed.
