The shower water pressure could be stronger and I did see a few small hairs in the shower, otherwise it was clean.

The electricity went out as soon as I booked the room, refused to give any refunds. The power was out all night and even after 12p the next day. No lights, water, amenities NOTHING! Had to sit in car most of the night due to no power. Poor customer service on their part!!

Dirty trays in the room, not really any towels (2 shower towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 regular floor for the bathroom. Power went out making the stay more uncomfortable due to no a/c during a heatwave (not the hotels fault, but they didn't do anything for the people staying)

The power went out and staff said the power will be back on in two hours. The power still out when we left at 11 AM I need a refund.

Room was ok needed a toddler bed which was advertised amd they were out then there was a power outage and it never came back on went out at 8:30pm still wasn’t on when we checked out the next day room was very hot other than that it was a decent stay

Don't go we couldn't stay there rooms nasty and went to talk to front desk about got attacked by a dog they say they are refunding us but will see got pics of how nasty the rooms are

The place is riddled with bed bugs and the rooms are not clean

My room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

No towels by pool. Breakfast was very bland no meat.

not the best customer service especially coming from one of their workers with the blond hair always working in the laundry room. Dirty attitude and always upset for no reason, they hardly clean your room even when you ask for a room clean they don’t show up the next morning.

The room is clean and very comfy, the stuff was helpful and friendly.

Reservation was cancelled right before we showed up. (Called and let them know we would be late.). No one wrote it down apparently. We were able to rebook a room. Found used condoms in our trash can upon arrival. Not ideal.

There was no hot water in the first room and there was only one towel for my wife and I. There were visible stains on the sheets and the floor was sticky(??) The second room was more clean, but the hot water issues continued. The shower was hideous ! I would strongly consider staying elsewhere before staying here.

Didn’t like the stay at this hotel the place is old not clean enough, short staff, bathrooms are dirty the sheets are dirty, booked it cause it’s accessible to the stores and gas stations

I understand that problems can happen at any property, but the lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here until the issue is addressed and guest concerns are taken seriously.
