One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Check in was so simple and fast. Hotel smelled clean, room was clean, beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I ordered extra blankets morning ，afternoon,then delivered late,maybe not enough people working on Sunday.

The room had two small water bottles that we get 40 pack for under $4 with a large sign that says each is $2.00. !!?

I called the staff no answer The following day I told the front desk not even sorry I asked to speak to a manager I was told not here but call him Still 3 days later no call back I checked out and told another person at the front desk not even sorry Pictures available to show

The toilet was clogged so I couldn’t use it. I asked the front desk what they can do and he gave me whatever the thing was to try to unclog it, it still didn’t work so I couldn’t use the toilet all night next morning I had to leave. I don’t know what to say about that.

Physical product was solid, no service at bar, couldn’t even get a wine glass from the bar, was jaded a paper coffee cup instead. Just lacking in the service area unfortunately.
