Best Western Inn & Suites of Macon

This is my 3rd visit to macon georgia and Ms. Teresa and her staff is always friendly and inviting this will be my home away from the rooms be perfectly clean breakfast is excellent thank you so much for your hospitality see again soon

Very nice there very clean very safe nice environment great breakfast

Hot tub was colder than the pool. No towels in the pool area. No mention of the hot tub not working when we checked in. Otherwise clean room and very friendly morning breakfast staff.

The bed was huge. The room was a nice size. The only thing I didn't realize was the pool house wasn't attached to the building. I needed a walk-in shower, and they didn't have one available. *My suggestion is that they should invest in shower chairs for handicap people with disabilities. I was afraid to get in the shower because of the tub. I Didn't want to fall. The walls were thin; you could hear someones tv. People opening and closing their doors kept waking me up. Invest in mattress toppers. That bed was so hard. The breakfast needs an update. The waffles tasted weird. The juice thing you could tell each juice had been watered down to make it taste awful. Have bananas, oatmeal with granola. Add some mandarins and oranges. Have other variety of breakfast bars.

Cigarette burns on everything furniture and counter wise in room 108. Toilet overflowed and the bathtub drain is extremely slow, every shower I stood in ankle deep water , said something to staff about it, they cleaned up the toilet overflow and that was it. Found a homeless guy taking a bath in the indoor pool when I went to check that out so that was cool (sarcasm). If you are looking for a cheap room with extremely low expectations this is your place.

Great place to stay, good staff

Rooms were ok Indoor pool are was unkept. There were wet men’s underwear laying on the floor around the pool. Windows wouldn’t open all the way so very hot inside. Breakfast was awful. No bread or bagels for the toaster. No danish, no fresh fruit, no yogurt or breakfast bars as advertised. Sausage was cold in the middle. Very disappointing.

Will return someday

The hot tub was nice but there were no towels and they promptly closed it at 10:00 on a Saturday even though it was just us and one other adult using it. We didn't eat breakfast - we went to a local Cracker Barrel. For the money, we got about what we expected. The location is nice - right off 475 and lots of gas and food options around, as well as a SAMS Club.

The room smelled awful. It was a non-smoking room and just smelled foul for other reasons. The AC unit hardly worked and was clinging to life. I relied on the airflow from the AC unit to distupt the foul stench in the room, but it couldn't manage. A mirror in the room had something smeared on it. Couldn't tell what it was and wasn't willing to figure it out. The shower was broken such that the shower head had to be held by hand. The mount had been broken off so the shower head was simply hanging near the ground. If I didn't have to be back on the road in 4 hours, I would've demanded a refund and found another motel. I gladly checked out after a 3 hour sleep. The experience was so bad it would be funny if I hadn't paid money for it. I paid money for it though. Would not recommend at all.

STAFF FRIENDLY HPT TUB WAS NICE

Rooms were clean, but the linens and towels had stains in them. Asked staff to bring new towels and had to get them. Did not make my husband happy. Coffee was good and breakfast was ok.

Would stay again. Very convenient in my travels.

We made reservations at this location due to them having a hot tub and pool. Once we arrived, we dropped off our bags in the room and went straight to the pool, hot tub area, where there were clumps of hair and in the pool was a large clump of hair see pictures. We immediately went back to the front desk and requested a refund. We were told the pool and hot tub had been cleaned the day before. The front desk clerk called the maintenance man who came and just scoopedthe hair out. We left and went to another hotel.

Staff was rude and not helpful. They would not honor my reservation. I stayed somewhere else and would not recommend anyone stay here in the future.

Nice stay Nothing

Breakfast was pretty poor. Old and cold eggs, limited selection and weak coffee.

We left another hotel after paying for it due to it being nasty and we took our chances here and it was the best decision. Staff was absolutely amazing, and the room was the best cleaned and stocked I've ever seen in a hotel. Everything from start to finish was a 10 out of 10. Nothing. Everything was perfect ?

No pool towels, no towels in our room
