Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Macon West

Very good

They had chocolate chip cookies in the breakfast area when we arrived! Staff were so very kind to us. I couldn't find my toothbrush when we checked in. We had been driving all day from Louisville Ky and didn't feel like driving to a store to get a toothbrush but I had to have one. Told the lady at the front desk and she offered me one for free! The hotel next door looked to be a little sketchy. Didn't go out at night.

Exceptional

The room was not clean—not even swept floors and terrible smell. I was switched to another room that was worst so went back to the original room. The breakfast—eggs and sausage—yuck!! The toaster worked and had toast. It was located around other hotels near truck stops. That was the environment—like a truck stop. The bed slept comfortably however and the TV/internet worked well.

The bathroom wreaked of urine and urine stains were crusted on and around the toilet and in the grout. I saw a man dressed in shorts and t-shirt walking down the hallway with bed sheets, he said he worked there and would come and take care of it, he did not come back. There was mold visible on the walls.

There was no after hours for drinks and a little music

As a business owner, I look at it this way: every dollar I save on unnecessary travel expenses ultimately adds to the company’s profit at the end of the year. This place fits the bill perfectly. The rooms appear to have been recently remodeled, everything was clean and well maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. For the price, I think it offers excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again. I fully recommend it.

Staff was nice. Room was large and clean. The hotel it self was smelly like black water and needed a good clean. Floor, elevators halls ways

Location was great! Beds were comfortable, only complaint need a small light in the bathroom. ( night light)

The staff was very professional and friendly Everything was ok

Wonderful staff, but we found the accommodations to be quite dirty. We were given a room with a walk-in shower, as we requested, but found very obvious mold on the room furniture and a terrible musty smell. Thankfully, the staff gave us another room which was considerably better, but still a bit iffy when it came to cleanliness. Again, the staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our breakfast in the morning.

My bathroom had pee sitting in the toilet and trash wasn’t changed. Weird smells also in the room.

The hotel staff were great; however, there is an odor in the hotel that smells bad. The room bathroom floor was not cleaned properly.

Good
