HAD ONE ISSUE THERE WAS ONE ROACH I HAD TO KILL SEE PIC BELOW BESIDES THAT MY STAY WAS ON HIGH ALERT THANKS

I would recommend this establishment when traveling midpoint to Florida from Illinois.

El personal muy atento, el aseo estuvo bien, lo único es que al ingresar al hotel el olor a humedad llega hasta las habitaciones, el aseo y servicio son excelentes, el desayuno estaba muy completo y las instalaciones aseadas

The rooms were so filthy and smelly that it was unacceptable. They were covered in hair, and the hotel staff tried to change them three times, but the hotel remained in a state of disarray.

We had to be moved to 3 different rooms. The first room was filled with mold all over the walls. The second had a terrible odor. Finally the third room smelled and looked very clean. So we stayed the night. The free breakfast was nice as were the cookies that evening.

Clean. Well organized kitchen with hot and cold breakfast. Dated rooms but in good shape. Location ok for an overnight.

It was nothing I expected. It had 3 floors if you are looking for a place to sleep overnight this place is ok for that. I was looking for a place with a restaurant and a bar. I think Expedia Lied and said they had a restaurant which they didn’t, it’s a place for breakfast but no bar. The parking lot was full of trucks, the first floor outdoor area had guys smoking and drinking. I got the first floor right by the smokers truckers outside, front desk said they had nothing else available. My bathroom shower was moldy and super low. The front desk wasn’t super helpful. But it was mainly expedia’s fault. I tried canceling and they never responded. I did not feel safe on this place at all, as a single woman traveling with her dog. I don’t recommend it, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Expedia get your act together. No restaurant, no clean room, no friendly staff.

Very comfortable great staff!

The breakfast was carb heavy but typical. Felt safe parking and in hotel. Floors in room showed boot marks. But bed was clean and comfortable.

The staff was amazing the breakfast was very good. The rooms need work and the shower was new and beautiful but to short for my tall husband.

Lack of clean everywhere, corridors, elevator and specially in rooms. Bad smell in beds!

Staff at the front was rude upon checking in. Once entering the room, you could feel how dirty the environment was. Stain on the sheets. Smelly room. Bathroom unclean. Gym had a mildew smell. A lot of loitering from homeless. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Pillows and sheets on bed smelled like mildew. Stayed here before and never had this type of service before. Disappointed!!!

This is a newly refurbished hotel. It was quiet and parking was easy. The beds were good and it had a good shower with a clean bathroom. The breakfast was as you would expect, the selection seemed smaller than other hotels I have stayed in.

Best place to stay at that exit!

Staff did not change the room stating " a new room will smell just as bad because of the humidity" DO NOT recommend this hotel

Staff was extremely nice. Very helpful. The entire place appeared dirty. Room needed to be mopped. Dirty spots on tile. Rings on tables from wet glasses needed wiping. I removed most of them with a washcloth. My wife operated a professional cleaning company for many years and showed how easily it was to clean the tile. She said it looked like someone vacuumed the tile floor but didn't actually clean it.

Decent accommodations, great convenience, friendly staff!
