The service was good, and the location... The shower was terrible at the time; the floor moved too much, as if I were standing on something gelatinous.

The hotel wouldn't let you in to the lobby to check in. Then we walked past several homeless people sitting on the breezeways to get to our room. Once we opened the door we were hit with the smell of Raid bug spray. Then we turned on the light and there was a dead roach on the floor. I would add a picture of the review would let me. It was horrible. We did not stay because it felt unsafe and very unclean.

Location only Staff was rude . Lady on the dest was constantly on phone call with family ,,, ignoring the people coming for breakfast. Breakfast was horrible no eggs or cream cheese,, no bagels!!! Bread was hidden in a plastic box . There was a white gravy like thing . Definitely not worth the money. I would never recommend this place. Especially the staff were extremely rude and un welcoming. Bed was not comfortable making noise when you move . Air conditioner was so loud sound like you are sleeping in a thunderstorm

It was okay nothing to ride home about.If you need a quick place to stay , it's probably okay some weird people outside , but that's not the properties fault

Very confusing staff. Chill was mean as a bulldog and lied about getting me my towels and Lenin when asked for room service! When I first came in he did not come to service desk until 30 minutes later after I scoped the upper and lower decks!! There were video cameras everywhere! No way to miss a customer with more than 3 dozen eyes looking at a quite facility! The only one I remembered that gave excellent customer service was from a lady named Niam!!

Psrking was great along with pet friendly status. Just wish more chairs to sit outside or if pool was open so we could sit outside to relax after a long drive.
