Really great staff. Beds were comfortable Room was clean The TVs are outdated- need smart TVs with apps as options for watching The shower needed better water pressure I recommend a sliding door system for the bathrooms with tubs. The door just takes up way to much of the bathroom space

Everything was excellent. One thing for the housekeeping they need to make sure that the shower wash, shampoo and conditioners are filled. We had no shower wash! Other than that, our stay was exceptional.

Clean and decorated well. The breakfast area was well maintained and clean. Quincy welcomed us with a smile and even helped get our tv working. My son enjoyed the 24 hour cookies. The manager greeted me in the morning at breakfast with a friendly hello. We will definitely use them again for our future stay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The building was clean and freshly updated. The hotel itself had a pleasant smell when I walked in the door (versus the stale smell some have!) and was welcoming with a beautiful staircase and cute lounge area. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool area but it looked to be well maintained. The bathrooms had Dove branded toiletries which was a nice touch. Beds were comfy and rooms had a good layout with space to set bags and to sit. Great experience!

All was clean and staff was friendly. 24 hour coffee!

Very kind and accommodating. Ended up staying longer then expected and the staff took care of us. Beds were pretty hard but I am also used to a sleep number bed.

The only discomfort was the gas station across the street. It looked a bit run‑down, which made it feel like it could attract unwanted attention, but there actually wasn’t much activity.

I do wish that hotels Would automatically offer a discounted rate for people who stay for weeks at a time... Bc I love this hotel and staff and my family feels comfortable here but its gotten expensive and im afraid I'll have to leave soon bc of it. Unless by graces of GOD I get compted a week free for being me and spending so many dollars here. But im.pretty sure God Hates me at this point so no⁰ hard feelings here.!!
