The staff that I encountered with was friendly and was willing to help

The breakfast was good. The pool was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the common areas were kept very clean. The bathroom lacked a fan. Nowhere but the shower curtain rod to hang wet swimsuits which arches out over the floor so wet swimsuits drip on floor (no hook on the door, only a brace for one that was missing). Nowhere to place items needed for in the shower. Room door to the hall didn't open and close properly so it was loud to open and had to be slammed to close.

Good location quite and people were friendly I had to ask for towels they didn't have dirty laundry bags there was a pill on my counter In the bathroom. Same guy at the desk couldn't find anything

Not a good experience at all

Staff was nice however before checking in I made sure to go in and ask the desk manager if the hot tub and pool were operating properly and was told yes, no problems however after unloading two families and getting settled in and headed to the pool just to find that the hot tub wouldn’t work, then hot tub runs into the pool so no cool pool for the kids to play in. The room is sooo hott that you can’t breathe in it, our kids were blistered just from swimming in the pool. Just too extremely hot. In the room our desk chair was falling apart like no body’s business totally destroyed. Our dresser was falling apart so we couldn’t even use the drawers in it for clothes. All racks in the fridge were broken so could store cold sodas in fridge or anything in the door of the fridge. Very very disappointed with our stay.

The toilet had feces all over it behind the seat. And there was a kids set of crocs left inside the room between the bed and the wall. Not clean.

The breakfast was surprisingly good. The TV was malfunctioning, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The desk was very helpful with any issue. Clean rooms, nice staff! I will definitely go back!

The customer service was nice from the employees The room just wasn’t fully clean and looked like they were repainting and one of the pillows had a stain and one of the towels had makeup stains

It was only okay nothing special. Cups size is too small orange juice was poor . Improve orange juice and breakfast

Breakfast was not great. Rooms pretty clean didnt gave no issues with staff they were friednly and inviting. The suite just needs to be revamped a little outdated

Check in was a breeze! Staff always greeted us warmly whenever we met. I love that housekeeping took time to fold the towels into swans and the tissues into peacocks! That detail made the room feel like a luxurious hotel.

Clean room and pool. Staff was helpful.
