Courtyard by Marriott Madison East

Great hotel as to be expected from Courtyard. Beautiful room and facility. Clean pool and hot tub. Stay here!

Disappointed that during our stay, the Bistro was closed both Saturday and Sunday evenings. We also had an issue with ants crawling around on the desk in our bedroom on the 4th floor. In addition, there was only a partial roll of toilet paper when we checked in, and it wasn’t replenished when the cleaning staff came on the second full day of our stay; so we had to get our own toilet paper and tissues from the front desk. This is the first hotel I’ve been to that doesn’t leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the room for the guests.

Wish there was a microwave in the room..

Place is clean and beds comfortable. However, the bathroom sink clogged and the blow dryer didn't work properly. Stayed just a night so didn't report until I left.

The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the staff allowing us to stay extra. We will return to this hotel.

Room wasn't properly cleaned. Stain on bed sheets and urine drops on toilet rim.

Didn't like that you had to pay extra for breakfast. Our phone in our room was not operable. The firepit was out of propane for who knows how long, at least two nights and maintenance new about it. I mean really, it would take not even five minutes to change out the tank. Last, I prefer not having to physically check out.

Location, easy to find. Perfectly adequate, staff seemed indifferent.

Starbucks was delicious on most days-it was only not good on the Sunday when the ladies said that they could not make the burritos without bacon like we had been receiving the whole weekend and coffee was usually wonderful but on that Sunday for some reason, it tasted old or burnt Room was the furthest away. There are only mirrors in the bathroom so two people cannot get ready at the same time. They messed up and said that I booked two reservations, but I guess they later found out that it was their new system . we did not have a room with a balcony .The white lady with the ponytail at Starbucks on Friday morning was rude. Luckily the tall African-American gentleman was very customer service oriented, and willing to make a burrito without bacon. They were understaffed so we were willing to go housekeeping. However, room was not even set up with enough supplies to last more than a day. For example, when we arrived, there was a half a roll of toilet paper in our room. And that’s it . Location was not close. And having everything else wrong did not make up for it.

Had Starbucks but limited options

This is neat place.

Great location and clean. Beds were also comfortable. I do think they should at least put out a carafe of coffee for early mornings. Waiting for the little cafe to open was a pain

Also, we were told that we had free breakfast and ended up having to request a breakfast “coupon” from the front desk because it was not free.

Starbucks Room. Mirrors are only in bathroom so hard go get ready. Given a room as far away as possible. Overpriced

Location Hotel is out dated, rooms are very outdated, small TV, one elevator was not working. Not worth the rating and the name

Having to pay nearly $20.00 for two scrambled eggs, 2 breakfast patties and toast and a juice drink I feel is exorbitant. Thankfully, I don't drink coffee or the price would have been even worse!
